The best power relocation kit on the market
I did a bit of research on the power relocation kits on the market before finally deciding to purchase from Midlite. What I really liked about it was the dual receptacle on top, the wide and easily accessible brush opening to fish wires through, the ease of install, and the quality. This power Jumper works great. I will explain my experience I had in which I would consider is getting a model M2PJCTVW5 or 22APJW-7R instead of the one I purchased, which is model 22APJW-7R-MC. Models M2PJCTVW5 and 22APJW-7R allow you to run the wires through the wall from one hole to another without having to have the receptacle attached to either end, which is a big advantage of those models. Because model 22APJW-7R-MC has each receptacle attached to both ends, you have to run one of the receptacles (while attached to the metal clad) down through the wall. I would suggest making sure there are no horizontal electrical wires or something blocking your path between each hole in the wall because it is a tight squeeze and difficult to fish that receptacle between the electrical wire and the drywall. I ran into this problem. Luckily I finally got the receptacle to fish by the electrical wire, but it took much longer than I desired. If you are dead set on purchasing one of these power relocation kits from this manufacturer, you could always cut the two holes where you want them to be (one at top behind tv, and one at bottom near outlet) and use your phone to take a photo or video of what could be blocking your path (whether it be an electrical outlet or fire block) and make your decision on which model to get based on that. The holes to cut for each of these power relocation kits is 4.25" wide by 4.50" tall. I do like the metal clad kit because there are several low voltage and CCTV camera wires nearby and I would like to think that the metal clad helps alleviate the interference with my CCTV camera wires. Overall though I absolutely love this product and if I ever needed to do this again, I would buy (one of the three models in) this kit over all the others out there without hesitation. I would grade this product an A+.

Very good product, but you still need to have a good idea of what you are doing.
If you feel confident cutting holes in our walls, without cutting any existing wires, then this is a very good product. It does the job, but it is still a bit difficult to feed the HDMI's in your wall after you place the power relocation mounts. Either way, very good product.

Good item but packaged poorly
The item is delivered in a box and all of the trim pieces are scratched up. It functions well but it doesn't look great. Fortunately, one of the pieces is hidden behind a TV. It's not ideal but in most setups, both plates should be hidden.

Would use again. Very well built and keep the eletrical protected.
This thing is great. It was easy to install; if you have the right tools, it only took me about 30 minutes to install in drywall after reading the instructions. The metal clad wire is great. It not only ensures that the electrical wires are completely safe to work with (for those of us without electrical skills), it probably also helps protect your sensitive audio and video wires that will likely be running right next to the mains from interference.I even had to take it out of the wall once, to feed some difficult wires, and it was as easy to remove as it was to install it, and it went right back into place. One tip, though. I cut the drywall a hair smaller than the template showed, but this was way too tight. I had to shave some extra drywall off to make it fit correctly. So just cut the opening just a tiny bit larger than template.

I do recommend
This is working so far. It does do what it is designed to do. So I do recommend. The negative I have is that the box has (2) "wings". One at top and bottom that are attached by a screw. Once you are complete with the setup, then you can twist and they are designed to fasten behind the wall. However, it doesn't work that well. Once you screw them to go into place, you CANNOT twist them back down to adjust your box. My box has pressure on 1 side, caused by the excess of coil wire behind wall, that pushes it away from the wall and will not mount flush. Luckily I am using a mounted media cabinet that covers it.
