Alright so here are the issues with these headphones:1) They fail to deliver their most basic function aka 'the sound'. I could hear it only from the left ear-cup.2) The bluetooth output is so terrible, people can't hear things clearly. Tested it on voice calls over 2 sim cards, whatsapp and skype calls as well.3) There is a big design flaw where it starts hurting your ears eventhough the material is soft. Within half an hour of testing I welcomed a massive headache courtesy of these headphones.Now I have been an Amazon customer for almost 14 years in Canada and India combined, a prime customer for that matter and when I tried to return this defective piece I was instead forced to replace it. Now I understand if the product had like one or 2 minor issues and they wanted me to replace it but 3 major flaws equates to me not having to do anything with this brand.I called them up, had to wait for 20 minutes on the phone only to be told the same thing again. When I asked to speak to the supervisor the person was reluctant until I had to push him a little further. After another 10 minute wait he came back to tell me that the supervisors have no time (no time for prime I see) and I instead arranged for a call back.I was promised a call back within half an hour but instead I got one 81 minutes later only to be transferred to a substandard supervisor named Devika who was loud and could not even speak proper English. Instead of understanding the issue just kept repeating herself, it was a terrible display of customer service.I am still kinda surprised how bad they treated a prime, long-standing customer and figured that for 1500 rupees I am not going to argue anymore and take the loss. This headphone I am going to give to my puppy so she can chew it up and then I will dispose it accordingly.Absolutely abhorring by Amazon, both in terms of product and service. Change your A to Z motto guys, you aren't as good as you used to be.P.S: They delivered this product after 9:30 pm in the night, lack of common courtesy delivering that late when it was out for deliver at 2 pm instead.I thought that Amazon India was as good as Amazon globally but it is not, I hope that they get better for our sake, we deserve much, much better.

The sound quality was amazing if you need it for amazing sound and sound only go with this one, and the dual Connectivity feature was very useful for me, cause i listen to music and make it, in equal amounts, so, it's amazing with sound, butIt's horrible in comfort, you can not wear it for more 20 mins at one time without having ear pain, this is because of two things, the earcups are very small , it says over ear, but that's not true at all, and the headphones put a lot of pressure on your head and ear bones. So do not go for it if you want comfort or some kind of long term use, but i am an exception becuase i have slightly bigger ears than the common person, so you might have a better experience than me, but still it will put a lot of pressure on your head and ear.Note to brand:- please make your earcups a little bigger in your more budget options, and also reduce the pressure that the headphones put on the head cause you guys are doing great in the sound department, just put a little more r and d in your headphones comfort department (rather than hiring Vicky and kriti )and you guys will be the top in the budget headphones segment in India. And please don't remove your wired mode from your wireless headphonesThank you 👍😀

1: Received the package completely damaged2: The leather had some falloff in the box but didn’t see much damage. The finished is not proper for the leather cups.3: The sound quality is quite good for this price point. It delivers quite well considering the amount of damaging that I saw on the packaging.4: The main concern I have is the bass. If you like songs with heavy bass this product isn’t for you.Overall I’d say get it if you want a decent pair of Bluetooth headphones for everyday use

Good one to go ...came upto a year

These headphones are as advertised. The bass is pretty awesome, the sound quality is I think best at this price (I bought it for 1300). Noice cancellation is average, it is passive so, although it does a good job in noise cancellation. Headphones are on bit of a heavy side, so you can can't really jog while wearing them (I didn't try but surely it would be uncomfortable). The headphones are also pretty loud, I hardly went above 50-60% volume. Also being this loud the sound quality wasn't affected, sound was very much clear and crisp. The micro-woofers do a very good job at bass, it does give that punch.Although there is one annoying thing, at around 30-40%, the voice (I really don't know how to mention it, sorry) keeps saying to charge it at intervals. So if you are watching a movie or listening to music and the battery is around 30-40% then at intervals may be every 1 or 2 minutes it will keep saying "please charge" which is very annoying, you can't keep using till the headphones die and then charge them.Apart from this I didn't find any problem. The bluetooth connectivity is average (around 10 metres without any obstacles) but I usually carry my phone in my pocket so it's not a problem for me. Sound quality as I already mentioned it's awesome. It takes about 4-5 hours (from a full charge) to reach 30-40% after which it gets annoying as I mentioned earlier. So if it doesn't matter to you, you should get around 6-7 hours of playback on bluetooth, I put it to charge at 40%. In conclusion, I think these are pretty awesome headphones for a price of 1300-1400 and you can think of buying them if you have a nearby budget.
