Due to injuries to several joints I have found resistance bands to be very useful. I can work angles and exercise variations to get a good work out while not further injuring shoulder and hips. Recently I had to ask for refunds on 2 other brands I ordered on line but Kootek is proving to be different. The bands and handgrips are sturdy and quality made. The ankle straps actually fit well and are well made. Plus, there is a good exercise guide included. Well made and definitely worth the price.

These are great and very easy to use. Only issue I have is I wish the door stop strap had a metal ring like all the other handles and straps. I had another carabiner and that worked great. Working well for my shoulder rehab work. The slider disks are a nice perk also. I really like the resistance labels on the bands, too.

Product is fantastic and very versatile however, I also had a ripped carrying bag. Perhaps a better vendor selection for this product would be a smart move.

With the gyms closed during the covid pandemic, my husband was looking for a way to keep up his workout routine, and for the price? We’re extremely happy with this product. Good range of bands, and everything comes nicely packaged with a good back to keep it stored in. With regular use I’ve seen the bands hold up well, with the only complaint being that the door workouts are awkward, though that’s not the equipments fault, just a weird door height. If you’re looking for an affordable set of workout bands, these are going to give you a good amount of bang for you buck.

I can't speak to the durability since they are brand new, and if the durability fads quickly - I will update this review.I'd been on the fence about going back to my gym, or any gym for that matter. Arnold says no, Jillian says no, and I'm traveling so I looked for something that I could use just to condition. I'm not looking to bulk up - been there done that.I've only worked out with the resistance bands with the handles so far, and they do put fatigue into my muscles. There's male and female exercises in the included hand-book, and I've only so far worked through a few of the mens exercises so far - biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc.I'd recommend these to someone who was working from home and wanted some type of exercise groove just to remind their muscles they've not forgotten about them, and how to potentially punish them. I was always skeptical of kits like this, but in the context we're living in today - something needed to happen to get my exercise groove back in motion. I've never liked machines, only free-weights, and yoga. This seems to be a happy medium to go with my yoga in the mornings after a long run or walk.

So after having them a little over a month they have stretch out quite a bit. I have used the 50 and 40ib mostly. When I got them they were the same length but now if you put the 50 or 40ib next to the others they are noticeably longer. You can feel the differences as well. I would say the 50ib is more like 45ibs now and the 40ib is more like 35ibs. I think over time that will get worse and will have to get a new set. So in final. For the cost and if you are going to be just starting out this is a good set but if you want to do it long term and eventually move up then you will need a more of a durable and versatile set.

I just got this pack today and began using it. It’s all very well made, sturdy, the part that attaches to a door is super easy so you can move it to different placements in seconds. The sliders work great too. This is a great value for the set and for me living in a tiny DC apartment, a huge space saver from big bulky free weights and really easier to use. Highly recommend!
