Can you put it on air vents

It wouldn't fit securely on the air vents in my car, but may do on yours. Its meant to go on the sun visor so you can easily touch the button and it's the best place for clear sound. But I'm sure if you wanted to try, you could secure it other places.

What type of usb connector goes into the unit? Ttpec,mini usb,micro usb etc.
