EuroGraphics Chicago Michigan Avenue Puzzle (1000-Piece) , Black

This was my first time doing a 1000 pc. puzzle. It tested me, to say the least. Took three weeks to complete, although there were four days where I didn’t work on it. As others have noted, the varying shades of blacks and grays are difficult to deal with. As a newbie, I had to learn that fitting two pieces together must be an EXACT fit. That all said, there were no missing pieces and the finished product is beautiful. Looking forward to my next puzzle!

This was the first puzzle my family attempted in the last 20 years and our first during Covid-19. Turns out, grey-scale + buildings, sky and water is difficult. Only 'easy' part was the pieces made it clear when you had a good fit vs. bad.As a total amateur, a puzzle that makes orientation clear is **significantly** easier than one that does not. Windows, water and sky are nearly impossible to determine up-from-down, so you are trying each piece in multiple orientations. A later puzzle that had a crowd of people wearing orange was significantly easier as you could still determine UP, and thefore finding a spot for the piece made more sense.Good puzzle. Glad we had the energy to get it done. Then we ripped it apart and back into the box.

This puzzle was tough to put together with all the gray pieces in the background. Ive been ising puzzles as a way to decompress after a tough day. Would recommend for anyone wanting a challenge. Was able to complete in 2-3 weeks putting in a couple hours every week.

I really like puzzles! These high quality puzzles! There are marks on the back of how to fold! But I like to thinking and folding by myself !! it's very exciting! The picture is wonderful, you will be delighted after the picture and the work done! One of the best puzzles I've ordered

It’s very good quality for its price. Looks just like the picture and I’m enjoying it a lot! Great for gifts or for yourself.

This puzzle was challenging to put together, which we love. We planned to frame and put it in our game room together with our Seattle puzzle from same company. unfortunately a piece is missing...All that work on it down the tubes.Is there a website or email to contact the manufacturer?

Das Puzzle war schnell fertig.Hat Spaß gemacht , weil es ein tolles Motiv ist,sieht sehr gut aus im fertigen,gerahmten Zustand.

Pues después de 1 semana de esfuerzo para poder armarlo, al final nos dimos cuenta que faltaba una pieza y sobraba otra que estaba duplicada. El rompecabezas está muy bonito pero tanto esfuerzo para que al final no venga completo es una decepción.
