Pretty awesome
Thought about buying one of these for 6 months. Everything works great on it and is easy to set up. Puts out good heat and the fan mode is a good background noise for sleep while having the benefit of both cleaning and monitoring the air

Best stand alone heater I've bought so far.
It's compact enough to be unobtrusive but powerful enough to heat my 300 sq. ft. four-season room. It is also an air filtration system with a HEPA filter that does a great job. It is smart enough to detect particles and temperature in the room and adjust its fan speed automatically. If you down load the app, you can control it from your smart phone and monitor the performance over any time duration you want. It's a little pricey but, so far, it has worked perfectly and better than expected.

THE BEST DYSON FAN
I had purchased this product about halfway through 2019 and it is now Jan 2020. I have yet to have any issues or malfunctions. I took a gamble on purchasing a device that would cost me over $500+ but these past months have been nothing but A M A Z I N G! 1) I’m still running in the filters that came with the package so that’s a great plus 2) the heating/oscillation functions work splendidly! 3) the remote AND app work seamlessly and without any glitch! 4) it still blows out air with the same amount of pressure as if I had just received it! 5) it never attracts dust or gets caught in the systemThis fan was the best purchase ever and in my opinion WAYYY better than the Dyson tower fan! It blows air way better and filters everything that may have a smell (perfumes/sprays) effectively. Worth every single penny!

Warranty not being covered by incompetent support
In August my hot/cold fan started making a high pitched noise while it was running so I reached out to chat support via the Dyson app to troubleshoot. The support tech said that my product was not registered for a warranty yet, so we should do so right then - I found this odd because I remember registering for the warranty when I first purchased the fan in the app, though I have no documentation of this, I sent him my serial number, order number, and details. The trouble shooting session did not work, and I was advised to either bring my fan into a repair center or send the fan in for a new one. The repair center is an hour from my house and I did not want to make a minimum two hour round trip twice, so I opted to send it in. The tech advised me to contact support via email to proceed with claiming my warranty. (support person #1)I then proceeded to email Dyson to begin the exchange process. When I first reached out, I received an automated response letting me know they had received my email - this email with addressed to a name that was not mine which I found strange. When I heard back from Support the respondent told me the warranty was not registered to me nor my email but to another, and I needed to send in my receipt of purchase to verify my ownership, a bit confused, I sent in the requested information. I am not sure how the first support person missed this unless they registered my product to someone else, but I have an email verifying my warranty following the original conversation… Following this I received a second email from Dyson verifying my warranty. (support person #2)After detailing my issue, Dyson sent me an email saying“We are happy to inform you that we have updated the warranty details as per the POP provided.Based up on findings, your issue can be resolved by repair.Upon review, we see that there is a Dyson Service Center near your zip code at: XXXX”Looks like my machine is covered - great! But again, I don’t want to make that trip, so I asked about the shipping option. (support person #3)Support person #4 responded, “We would value the opportunity to assist however, we need a little more information to proceed. Please reply to this e-mail and confirm your Serial Number along with the date and place of purchase. Please attach a copy of your receipt if available. “ I literally had JUST sent in my receipt details previously..I reiterated my issue and request to ship in the fan for repair.Support person #5 responded letting me know the fan was currently out of stock, so an exchange wasn’t possible at the time, and expected in 2-3 weeks. They offered to set up an alert to ship it to me once it was available - great, sounds good to me but I asked if I had to ship mine back in as exchange, I guess this was a mistake asking..Support person #6 replied - it is an exchange program, Dyson will send a prepaid label via email and I can drop it off at UPS to reshipped, there is also a pack and ship option to drop the fan off and UPS can box it up if I am missing a box. I have neither a box nor a printer so I opted for this option…I’d like to mention at this point it is mid-December when my original chat with in August - each email from Dyson is a different person, and it seems none of them read the email chain and start from scratch every time…Support person #7 - “we’re sorry to hear about your malfunctioning fan. Please note as we can see your machine warranty is going to expire in next 6 months. As per Dyson policy, if the warranty is going to expire in upcoming 6 months then we will arrange Refurbished machine in an exchange. Please note, the new refurbished machine will adopt the current warranty, which is valid through 01/19/2022.” Looks like I am getting a refurbished fan when I made my original request in August and it is now January 5th so by the time I get a REFURBISHED fan, it won’t be under warranty! At this point I am a little miffed, not only is it taking months to resolve, but now I am getting a refurbished fan when no one had said this before. I send an email in response saying all this and a screen shot of a new error to let them know I am now having more issues and I’d like to send it in ASAP. At this point my machine no longer works.Support person #8 - “Have you tried fixing the error by unplugging it?” ARE YOU KIDDING. I didn’t realize I was on IT Crowd. Yes I have unplugged it - also I am trying to send it in! please just give me the information which I have been asking for FOR FIVE MONTHS.January 10 - “ Congratulations your warranty is now active on dyson” - Third warranty email from dyson…..Support person #9 “This issue here is not regarding the machine being 6 months outside of the warranty (aside- i’d like to mention I am STILL within warranty, not 6 months outside). This machine is not covered by a warranty. The unit was purchased on Amazon but the seller was not authorized to sell Dyson products. We do apologize for any inconvenience but units purchased by unauthorized retailers are not maintained by Dyson’s strict rules and regulations for handling our products, so we cannot contest to what happened to the unit prior to it arriving to your home. You can reach out to the seller to see if they offer some sort of warranty but this unit would not be covered by Dyson.” How did I go from “congrats your covered by warranty” to not????So Dyson bricked my machine, I received my final correspondence from Dyson telling me they can’t honor my warranty because I purchased my fan through an unauthorized third party vendor, which I thought was odd because I made sure to come to the Dyson store to purchase the fan (you never know with Amazon) and the not a single other support person I had dealt with over the course of five months had mentioned this.So I looked up my order once again on amazon and clicked “review product” you can imagine my amusement and confusion when I was directed to this site HOSTED BY DYSON to leave a review. So not only am I left with a very expensive doorstop, I am left with a few questions.I am not really sure how I purchased an unauthorized third part vendor’s fan directly from this product hosted by Dyson, if I did at all.Why did Dyson support register my warranty three times? How did I go from being covered by warrant to not?It appears to me that something nefarious is going on with Dyson support. The product is in high demand due to covid so they are no longer honoring warranties from customers who predate the pandemic. from my side, based off multiple warranty emails, it looks to me like my warranty was traded around, hacked, or sold and that’s why I needed to be reregistered so many times, but who know. Either way I am incredible disappointed that over the course of five months support led me on a wild goose chase to only brick my machine.I do not recommend this product or any Dyson product after this experience. I do not understand how a company with such expensive products can have such an incompetent support department. Get a molekule or another more affordable air purifier because when this one inevitably fails and Dyson refuses to fix it - you’ll find yourself buying a different one anyway. At least the fan doesn’t make anywise anymore!!I am happy to provide a full transcript of email correspondence to verify my experience should support here desire.

Can’t beat a Dyson…the app has issues though
I bought this primarily for the filter, but quickly found that the fan was also pretty amazing. The whole setup is really great and I don’t have to worry about fan blades (which used to be a concern). My main gripe is with the app. At first it set up really easily and I was able to view some great data that was being collected by the unit. I unplugged the fan for about 2 days to paint a section of the room, and when I went to use the fan and app again, they wouldn’t pair. I ended up falling down a Reddit thread where I learned that others have had similar issues and the fix is a bit of a hassle and time consuming. I really don’t feel like contacting tech support, so I’ve been without the data collected for a little while. Be mindful that yes, you are getting a quality product, but that the app might give you issues at some point and won’t be so easy to remedy.

Heats quickly
We purchased this heater to replace another, the old one worked very well, this new one heats our whole apartment very quickly to the point it’s to hot, we haven’t used the cooler, but the air quality is noticeably better & my father has had no coughing, which is partly the reason we chose this machine, we all are very pleased & recommend this heater.

Prodotto acquistato come nuovo ma arrivato come se fosse già usato
The media could not be loaded.
