I hate the feeling of my little toe being squished and ...
I've worn this brand of shoes for over 30 years. Even though these are an "entry level" pair of shoes in the Loake range and are now made in India, they seem up to the mark.My last pair of brogues lasted 10 years (I rotate my shoes during the working week) and I'll be interested to see how these shoes last, compared to the previous ones, which were made in England.With these shoes being a "G fit" I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy the toe box felt. I hate the feeling of my little toe being squished and there is no danger of that with these shoes.I can't think of a higher quality shoe for such a low price. I'd prefer if they came with a rubber sole as I can't risk leather soles but it's only a few quid to get them put on.So far, so good!

no doubt they are good quality but not the same standard as Barker shoes.
Delivered in good time, box slightly damaged, fit perfectly, not presented as well as Barker shoes (no shoe horn or spare laces). patent leather was not in the description but never the less they look ok. no doubt they are good quality but not the same standard as Barker shoes.

These shoes are excellent quality and will last a long time if looked after,I have bought these shoes many time over the last 25 years and they always look good,,I would like to see a G + or an H width fitting added to the product though. This is the first time I have bought them online but as expected they fitted me nicely and will buy further pairs.

Beautiful shoes, extremely well made
Such lovely shoes, I bought them for work but can't bring myself to wear them as a day shoe for the office, far too nice for that. Great service and delivery. The leather and perfect fit is amazing.

These shoes are worth every penny, the fit a treat, I take a 10.5 so I purchased an 11, perfect and I have wide feet. Great looking shoes and I'm very pleased wit hem after their first outing of 4 hrs without any trouble
