OX Pro Grout Remover

Worked perfectly and made a difficult job a lot easier. Good quality tool.

Works well, though only had a small amount to remove so not used it much. Bit expensive but otherwise good buy.

Used this to remove all the old grout on my bathroom floor to re-do. Not a big bathroom, but this thing cut through the grout so easily! Absolutely buy extra rake blades though. The teeth were completely gone by the time I finished. I noticed it getting hard to cut through the grout about 3/4 of the way through the job, the teeth were almost gone, but the rough sanding bit was almost perfect.

You have to put a fair amount of elbow grease into it to actually remove the grout, but it was ok in this respect. However, the bolt that holds the blade in place is very close to the cutting edge in use and actually scratched my bath slightly as I was removed some grout in a right angle join. Admittedly this is partly my fault for not realising, but it does feel a bit flawed that the bolt juts out in this fashion.

ball grout is not the easiest grout to remove but this item done the business very happy with the ease just remember to use two hands as when this slips out of the groove it will scratch porcelain dress tiles so use with care very efficient

This tools itself is sturdy and well made. The problem I had is that it was laborious using this tool and was taking forever to remove the grout. After an afternoon of using this, I bought a Dremel type multi-tool with grinding bits and that made very quick work with minimal effort on the rest of my bathroom. If you are looking to remove grout from more than one wall/small floor i.e. whole bathroom, I'd recommend using an electric tool. This will be fine for a few tiles though.

Awful, broke after 10 minutes use! Tried to return it but return code didn’t work. Cancelled return and got another code which also didn’t work. After 20 minutes queuing in the PO I’m giving up!

Hasta que se ha roto funcionaba de maravilla. Es la primera vez que compro esta herramienta y le encuentro dos problemas: las cuchillas deberían de permitir más profundidad, sin querer marcas los azulejos con los tornillos de sujeción. El otro problema, ha durado 8 horas. Se ha partido, seguramente por el desgaste causado al plástico lateral por estar en continuo contacto con los bordes de las baldosas. Problema de diseño. La cuestión es si habrá otro producto similar sin este problema, yo no lo veo. Ah! Y lo de las dos cuchillas va muy bien. Saludos
