Great Deal, Great Quality, Great Battery!
First Impression: For starters, I placed the order on May 30 and before I'd even received the PowerCase I got an email from customer support at JOVO apologizing for not including a manual with the case, but they attached the pdf version for me. I'd call that exemplary customer service, especially by today's standards. The PowerCase has very nice fit and finish, appears to be well made and of excellent quality. I know some would like different color options but I'm happy with the dark blue and black case. I watched the how-to video on the JOVO website just to make sure I did it right, and the case wasn't a problem to put on. It fits snug and I only had to fiddle with it a couple seconds to get it on right and it fits perfectly. The volume and power buttons are responsive and the charging port cover and headphone jack cover both are sturdy, easy to use and don't get in the way when in use. The headphone jack port is small and it may not fit some that have a thicker housing around the plug but the cable I use to connect it to my pickup's aux port fits fine. I'd recommend you try the plug before you by a new set of headphones or auxiliary cable just to spare yourself the aggravation if it doesn't fit. I tried the following headphones; Skullcandy, Apple, Samsung, and my Audio Technica ANC23's (my fav noise cancelling earbuds by the way), and they all fit the PowerCase just fine.Fit and feel: Yeah, it's a thick case but I'd been using a Moto Droid Razr Maxx HD with an Incipio hybrid case and there's hardly any noticeable difference in thickness. I dug out my dial calipers to check the difference. The Razr Maxx HD Incipio mics out at 14.47mm on the phone and the JOVO at 15.08mm on the phone. I have an $36 Otterbox Defender for the S4 and it feels far more bulky to me than the JOVO PowerCase and the Otterbox doesn't have a 5200 mAh battery! The only downside to the PowerCase is there's no holster for it and I occasionally like to carry my phone on my belt but that's really not a big deal. The case isn't slick at all and it grips well, but slides in and out of my pants pocket better than the Incipio on my Razr Maxx.Battery: I received the PowerCase on June 2, put it on my S4 and found the battery was already charged to 55%. I used it for the rest of the day, about 11 hours, and when I put it on the charger when I went to bed it still had 32% after a couple calls, moderate texting, searching the app store a couple of times and checking Facebook and email. I took it off the charger at about 8:30 am on June 3 and as I write this it's 11:00 pm on June 5, and the battery still has 16% left on it. I've made just under 30 minutes of phone calls, 52 texts, checked and responded to about a dozen emails, listened to an hour of music while on the road connected to my pickup's stereo, checked Facebook and the web, as well as installed 13 app updates. Haven't used the wifi during this time but I keep the GPS on all the time. I usually have the screen brightness set at 25% but in bright sunlight will bump it up to 50%. This isn't very heavy usage by some standards, but that's about average for me. My Razr Maxx HD used to get about about the the same on its 3300 mAh battery but after the KitKat update the first week in May it lost about three to four hours (as well as killing my FoxFi wifi hotspot app).Pros:Great deal at only $25.90 at the time of this purchase, May 30, 2014.Excellent fit on my S4Battery holds up like it should. The first full charge has lasted 2 days, 14 hours, 29 minutes, 45 seconds and still has 16% leftOffers good protection to the phone and keeps the ports covered from dust, dirt and spills.Outstanding Customer ServiceCons: (I really had to dig for these...)It's a thick case and some people will not like that.No holsterIn closing, I've had the JOVO PowerCase for just a few days, but so far I am very impressed with it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to combine long battery life with a quality protective case on their S4.

Almost perfect!
This fits the phone very well and does not feel of poor quality even though the price is low. The battery life is amazing!!! The ability to go 3 or 4 days on my Galaxy S4 under normal use is fantastic. I removed the covers for the top and bottom connections. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the buttons on the side for power and volume do not feel like they "click" for lack of a better term like they do without the case. The buttons even felt normal with a Mophie Juice Pack, but with this, you really cannot feel the button press at all particularly on the power button. Feels weird and I don't care for it. I thought about experimenting and cutting it out over the buttons with a razor knife, but have not done that yet.

Great Idea, Executed Poorly
On paper this seems like a no brainer. Twice the battery plus a case for a pretty good price. The case even looks pretty good, nothing fancy, but pretty good. It all works great until you get the case completely on. No matter how much I tried or how carefully I put it together, I could not get the case to stop holding the power button down. I even got it to the point where the inner portion of the case was working correctly, but as soon as the outer case was put on, off it went. Cycling power off & on. Of one wanted to modify the case by simply cutting out the button portion of the case, you could probably get it going right, but that sort of thing shouldn't be necessary. What's really frustrating is that bought it as a gift.

Very good idea, but some very notable shortcomings
Pro: You get both a case AND an extra-capacity battery just by virtue of the fact the battery is too big to fit in the factory case. The case also includes protective covers for the microUSB and headphone ports, which can be easily flipped open and moved out of the way, but they remain attached so they don't get lost.Con: The case's thickness is good for protecting the phone from drops, but it's a bit too thick at the very top and bottom, which makes it difficult to connect microUSB and/or headphone cables. The Samsung microUSB cable falls out very easily; I often wind up using a different, third-party cable instead. The headphone jack usually works OK with "headset" headphones, which have 3 sections on the tip (one for each speaker, one for the microphone), likely because most headset headphones have a thinner rubber casing that's designed to fit in smaller places like cell phone headphone ports. But it can be very difficult to connect a "standard" stereo headphone cable, especially if the beginning of the rubberized jacket is too wide to fit through the case's headphone port. As a result, it's impossible to get those types of headphone cables plugged-in far enough to get any actual audio.
