It's holding up very well, but I'm probably going to break down and epoxy the clear window into the silicone outer, as it walks over time.

I like the sturdiness of the badge holder itself, but have a problem with he clear plastic insert that sits over the ID badge.1) It appears to be too small as edges tend to slip out of the holder, revealing jagged (by design) edge treatment making it difficult to push the plastic cover edge back into place.2) The plastic cover insert lacks a hole to line up with the lanyard attachment. The means there snap tab needs to go through the outer rubber holder, but above the top edge of the plastic insert (as it has no hole to pass through), which creates downward pressure on the top edge of the plastic insert.3) These constant pressures on the edge - trying to push the sides/bottom back in when they slip out and downward pressure from the lanyard snap on the tap edge; coupled with a surprising brittleness of the plastic itself, meant for me that the cover was no longer usable after two months.4) Without the cover, the badge holder would not keep the badge inside the holder and so the entire unit became worthless (to me).Solutions? Here's an easy one, punch a standard badge holder attachment slot in the top of the plastic insert to remove the pressure along the top edge that leads to fraying and failure.

I've been using this since near the end of August, so not too long, but I've had no issues with it yet! My badge stays in place. I have no issues using the badge scanner at work. I have it hooked to my lanyard just fine (:.

This is my second purchase of this product. The first one lasted 5 years, so it is totally worth the money. It keeps my ID badge completely secure.

After trying several badge holders from my local office supply store after several broke, I was looking for something more durable. This holder is exactly what I was looking for without being bulky awkward (or "girly"). The holder comes with two different ways to attach your badge to your uniform (a clip or a lanyard hole). There is a plastic covering to hold your badge in place and this does a nice job protecting your badge and keeping it from falling out. This product was a great find

Bien que secas. No es bonito pero funciona. Solo que si hay que tener cuidado porque de repente se puede salir la credencial si no estamos pendientes. Supongo que es porque con el movimiento se des acomoda pero no esperaba ni quería que pasara algo asi con esto.

Se ve que es de un plástico resistente y le quedó exacta a mi tarjeta de la empresa
