Many tubes of same color.
The neon colors are very thin and cheap looking. You have to use several coats to make them look not watery and washed out. The other colors go on easy and look great. I thought it was 24 colors but it isn't. Some colors have 2-3 tubes so there are that many colors in the box.

Do not buy! Moldy!
This package arrived moldy!!!! We had to throw the entire box out due to the amount of mold inside it. Disgusting. Do not buy! If I could rate this zero stars I would’ve.
