EyeToy Play 3 with Camera (PS2)

My two eight year old boys absolutely love the camera and this game! I was dubious about whether it would work, particularly as it is so reasonable for a game and the camera together, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The kids get some exercise while playing on the Playstation, which makes everyone happy. Really easy to set up and use. I can see this also coming out on New Year's Eve when the kids are in bed...

so i ordered this for the camera and while yea the camera came the game that shipped was not eye toy 3 but rather eye toy play 2not a big deal to me personally as i use a freemcboot card anyway and had all the games but i can see it causing issues for other people

Quality product efficient transaction.

Quite good games and should give the kids some exercise. The camera is quite picky with the lighting but if you get it right it works quite well.

The camera seems to work okay but the game itself does not work properly as it cannot obey the commands of using the right side of the screen.

Not a patch on Eye Toy 2, so if you are thinking about whether to get 1,2 or 3, dont get 3! I have 2, its great fun, havent got 1 so cant comment on that.Problem is, there seem to be less games compared to 2, the games are less inventive and so much harder to play that it seems to be random who wins. Crucially, its also very difficult to actually choose which one to play, you select from among 4 or 5 general categories and then seem to get them at random so if there is one you want to avoid, or play, tough luck! Maybe there is a way of choosing but I cant find it.Get 1 or 2, but not this. If you have 2 and are looking for variety, I'd say spend your money on something else, there are other Eye Toy games out there.

We bought this to replace ps2, this was fantastic for Christmas and the extra games you can buy are really cool too. I would recommend this to budding singers. This is also good for grand parents when looking after the little ones. Keeps all ages entertained.

This game was recommended to us, but unfortunately the child it was meant for is a little too young yet, but hopefully in a few months he will be. Thanks for the very prompt sending of it, and it arrived in good condition.
