Lalaloopsy: Ultimate Collector's Guide Paperback – January 1, 2013

Lalaloopsy dolls are dolls that were sewn "to life" by various objects. They have become one of the most popular toys in the past couple of years; Ackelsberg's book highlights the beauty & originality of each doll.There are different sections in the book for each Lalaloopsy item: Introduction; Guide to the big (full size) Lalaloopsy dolls; Guide to the little (sibling) Lala's; Guide to Lala minis; a checklist for each item so you can know exactly which ones you have & which ones you still need; Guide to Lala playsets.The photos are very bright & attractive for young readers; there is some text on each page describing the doll/playset, but not enough to overwhelm the reader. There is also a couple pages of stickers in the back of the book; my daughter loved those. :) Overall, I think this was a great purchase for under $10, especially for a book that my daughter enjoys looking at every single day. My only gripe is that there are many more Lalaloopsy products that was released after this book, so there needs to be an updated version. This is nice to see because it includes the harder-to-find/rarer dolls, but don't be thinking you've collected all the items there is when you finished the book--there's still plenty left!!

This little Book is fantastic, I Just ordered it and no sooner did I do that and Bam!! here it is today Fantastic, Thank you Amazon.This little paper back book is going to come in very handy with purchases of Lalaloopsy dolls purchased, it has all the dolls listed to date, the 12 inch, the soft dolls, I believe are 15 inch, the littles, about 6 inches, the minnies about 3 inches, the dolls, doll houses and all the stuff that goes with what not !All I have to do is put a check mark beside what ever someone else has purchased for my granddaughter so I don't double order for her, and if anyone wants to know what I've bought I can just look it up, the possibilities for Lalaloopsy purchases is endless :) this book is GREAT !!! Best thing I'"ve bought in two days ...

Bought this for my daughters and they love it. They love reading about all the different characters. Learning their names, birthdays, favorite pets, colors ect. They eagerly look through them all finding ones that had their birthday or close to it. They also use it as a wish list "I want this!" LOL. So cute.

This is a great book for kids to keep up with their lalaloopsy figures! It has a checklist and gives detailed information on all items made in this line of toys. At least as of December 2013. And there is a page of stickers in the back of the book! My 5 year old daughter looks at it over and over! Highly recommended! A+

I guess this edition is old. It does not have a lot of the recent dolls inside.

My daughter loves this book as it lets her memorize the character names, sadly it's already outdated. Too bad they can't figure out how to update as new dolls are added. I wouldn't mind paying a bit for each update.
