Hi. Yes, they are padded and really comfortable. I have had them for about two years approximately now and I work out 3 times a week and they are still going strong.

No size guide as far as I am aware. I usually go for medium and kept my fingers crossed they fit, which is not the best way to do it, fortunately they do, infact perfectly. More luck than judgement I think!

I recommend you go for size S, they are small . I have small hands and size S fits me perfectly.

Hi. These gloves have padding on the very bottom of the fingers/ palm. The padding covers all of the palm. There is not padding on wrists as I’ve never seen gloves that do that, however they have a Velcro fastening at the wrist. I hope this helps.
