I love this yoga series. I bought the dvd's because I plan to discontinue using a DVR, where I presently have about 30 yoga sessions from this series stored. I had recorded them several years ago when my cable tv plan had this yoga series televised daily. Cable Television bills have gotten outrageous. I am trying to eliminate the non-essentials on my cable bill. Now I can continue using the Namaste Yoga without the monthly bill for using the DVR. If you enjoy yoga or want to try it, I highly recommend this series, which is not an extremely difficult program. Yet, it does the job to strengthen, stretch, provide meditation, etc. I'm no spring chicken either, but I've done yoga for about 20 years.

I used to do Namaste Yoga when it was on tv 10+ years ago, and that is what got me into yoga and been doing yoga ever since, and recently I decided to treat myself to this dvd set and I love it so much! It's one of my best purchases this year, and I've been doing 2 episodes per day and leaves me feeling so good. I love the scenery, the vocals, the women and the music, only complaint is that I wish the episodes where longer, at least 30 min instead of 22.

The yoga isn't exactly mind blowing. But I wanted a variety of quick yoga programs to do in the morning for the next few months. On the plus side the sequenses arent the same rehashed sequense found on most beginner Dvds. So Im pleased with the purchase.

I love these yoga sessions, and have done them for years when they were on TV. I'm delighted to rediscover them, and work with them on a daily basis once more. I hope to invest in the later seasons as well.

Love these DVDs. Helps me so much with my home practice. Also as a yoga teacher, I borrow some of the sequences and teach them to my students who love the fresh ideas!!
