When the previous brand I used was no longer available, I found this brand which has less sulforaphane than the brand I previously purchased, but still appeared to have the most of any that were remotely affordable. My husband's oncologist had recommended sulforaphane as it has shown some impact on prostate cancer spread. There does not appear to be a clear standard for comparing these supplements, so it's difficult to determine which is best.

I’ve never experienced such a bad reaction- terrible headaches and nausea inducing pills. Took multiple tries to figure out that it was these pills. When I stopped, all symptoms went away. In my case, there were zero benefits from taking these pills.
