Exceedingly well packed, Easy to assemble, Sturdily made
Firstly, delivered by Amazon Prime about a week ahead of schedule. Kudos...The Vertiflex is very well packed. There is a thick outer corrugated cardboard box, and an inner doublewall corrugated box. Inside of that, the shelves were in another third cardboard box. And there is foam blocking and plastic bags protecting and holding everything inside safely in place.I assembled the Vertiflex it in about 40 minutes. I have limited left hand dexterity and function. I think most people will be able to assemble this unit in 15-20 minutes. There is one sheet of instructions. Tools are included for the assembly. There are bolts that are intended for securing the top shelf to its mounting rails, which I did not use. For me, the bolts were difficult to install. The top shelf will stay in place without them and are only needed if you were to lift the unit by the shelf. The Vertiflex is very sturdily made. I think the 90 lb weight capacity is right in line with its construction. The vertical posts of the Vertiflex stand "proud" of the shelf by a half inch on each side. The dimensions of the top shelf measures: 20½”W x 16⅞”D .I do like the wire rack for the lower shelf. I think this lets dust fall through and not acculmulate. The top shelf is a thin sheet. All the support is along the edges. The center is not supported at all. Something very heavy and concentrated in the center of the shelf might deform it.Magnets stick to every part excepting the plastic caster wheels. So I guess steel is being used throughout.Every part is painted, so rust shouldn't be a problem.I do wish that the casters rolled a bit more smoothly. But since I really don't need to use the mobility feature too often, it's not a really going to be much concern. There wasn't any problem in placing my oversized PC desktop on the top. Eventually there will be USB external drives, external Blu-Ray drive, and a power strip on lower wire rack shelf. The open design of the side panels will allow me to run USB cables and power cables neatly between the pc, drive, power strip. Eventually I may be able to place a UPS on the bottom shelf as well. All in all, a very worthwhile purchase.

Great Stand, They are not really defective, just snug fitting.
Ok they could be a tiny bit easier to assemble but the issue in my opinion does not warrant removing a whole star. We have had quite a few of these stands and we love them. They are the perfect height to allow the cables to reach our computer towers and accommodate the height of our standing desks. They are well made except for the one tiny issue. I read the reviews and was concerned about the issue people mentioned with the placement of the holes and screws, however I decided we would be able to sort out a solution once they arrived. Here's a tip.. you don't need any additional hardware. Just flip the shelf upside down and prop the metal shelf part up with something underneath; I used a screw driver. Then apply pressure to the stand with your arm/elbow until you see the holes line up. Or better yet get a helper to put a heavy hand on the shelf, well not too heavy. Hold the nut on inside and then you can start to screw in the bolt. Once you have it going you will be able to remove pressure you are applying on the stand and finish screwing in the screws. One review mentioned putting the nuts on the outside. Well that doesn't work, does it since the whole purpose of those screws and nuts is to hold the top shelf on. If applied this way there is no point to putting the screws on. Once assembled this is a sturdy and well working computer stand.

THIS IS A FINE UNIT, BUT THE ASSEMBLY IS A BIT AWKWARD -- HERE'S HOW TO DO IT
This is a sturdy product and fits easily under any 26 inch high desk top. The unit actually measures 21 1/2" W x 18" D x 11 3/4" H. It's a perfect fit for my HP Office Jet Pro 8600. The metal top is a bit slippery, you may want to add a rubber mat under the printer. It rolls easily on the four wheels (two rear wheels are lockable). Assembly is not simple. The bottom shelf tangs fit into the side posts without the plastic nibs that come attached. I believe the nibs are there only to prevent tearing the plastic packaging for the shelf. Take them off. When fully assembled, the unit is stable and sturdy. Several people had difficulty with the attachment of the top shelf to the unit. I found this design a bit hinky also. There are four small flat head bolts that fit into small acorn nuts. At first, I thought these bolts top side rails that support the shelf. Actually, they're intended to clamp the shelf on to the top side rails. I found it easy to access this procedure by turning the unit upside down, so you can see what your doing. Be sure the top shelf fits properly around the posts as you set the unit on top of it, then working on one side at a time, push the bolt through the hole on the side of the shelf and on top of the rail as it sits upside down. You have to angle the bolt upward slightly to gain purchase on the acorn nut threads. But once you start the threading with a #2 phillips screwdriver, while holding the nut with a small wrench or pliers, it slips securely into place as it tightens. This isn't the most elegant design for attaching the top shelf ( I deducted one star on this alone), but it works.

Damaged
The top metal shelf was bent so severely I had to take a hammer and channel-lock pliers to straighten enough to even get it to fit on the base.I would have sent it back but didn't have time to wait for a replacement. The sturdiness and quality are great but I feel it got damaged in shipping so it needs to be packaged much better.

Top shelf fasteners did not fit
Holds my Brother MFC-8900CDW laser. Had to turn stand sideways as printer is 16w x 19d. Printer weighs 60 #'s and is 27inches tall with the additional paper tray. Now sits just above desk height and looks great, Was on a 30 Inch stand and it looked out of place.Easy assembly EXCEPT the top metal shelf. The supplied fasteners are useless. Do not fit. Tried everything and I am an accomplished DIY guy who can build or fix ANYTHING. Threw them and and used longer screw with a bonded sealing washer (rubber side toward bar) to "grab" the metal rod and a nut butted to the washer and tighten it all down. Now works fine and is aesthetically pleasing. 5 stars except for the ridiculous top shelf fasteners.
