A Waste
An ice pack with straps. The hole in the straps is too small for the ice pack. I emailed customer service but never got a response. As other reviewers have pointed out, it’s too awkward to put on by yourself, even if you could get the ice pack fitting to work. Returned for a refund.

Unimpressed with all around quality
As a person that uses neoprene and velcro shoulder braces/ice packs on a daily basis, I was very disappointed with this product. The strapping mechanism is cumbersome and harder to use than it should be. The velcro strapping grip is sufficient for maybe 10-20 uses but experience tells me the "teeth" will not adhere to the fabric 6 months from now. I say this not as an off the cuff statement but rather from going through literally 30 or so shoulder braces /ice packs with silimar construction over the past 3 years. The ice pack itself is very sturdy and I believe will last for years. I am very dissatisfied with my product, but I have a shoulder to ice so I am going to make it work.
