I bought the Milos 16-pack of Oral-B compatible toothbrush heads to save a bit of money while maintaining a good oral care routine, and I have to say — these have been a brilliant purchase. If you're looking for an affordable, high-quality alternative to the expensive branded heads, these are absolutely spot on. Straight out of the box, the first thing you notice is that the heads look very close to the originals in design. They come individually sealed for hygiene, which is great, especially if you want to store them for months or share the pack with family members. The pack offers a great variety of brush styles — some with cross-action heads, some with soft bristles, and a few designed for polishing and whitening. It’s a real bonus to have this mix because you can customise which type you use depending on your preference or needs at any time. Fitting them onto my Oral-B Pro 2 handle was simple — they click firmly into place with no wobbling or looseness, just like the originals. I’ve tested them with two different Braun Oral-B models, and they fit both perfectly. In terms of performance, they’re excellent. The bristles are firm but not abrasive — just the right balance for a thorough clean without irritating the gums. I’ve used them for a few weeks now, and my teeth feel just as smooth and clean as when using official heads. The cleaning action feels strong, and they maintain their shape well even after several weeks of use. Each head comes with colour-coded rings, which is handy if multiple family members are using different brushes from the same set. The colour coding prevents any mix-ups, keeping things hygienic. One thing I particularly like is the value — a 16-pack means you’re sorted for well over a year if you swap heads every two to three months as dentists recommend. That’s excellent cost savings compared to buying individual replacement heads from big brands. If I had one very small observation, it’s that the bristles might soften slightly quicker than premium branded ones — but for the price, it’s a very minor trade-off, and replacing them more often keeps things healthier anyway. Overall, the Milos replacement heads are affordable, reliable, and well-made. I’ll definitely be buying them again. Can't complain about these, they fit well, been using the first head for several months and it's performing just like an official head does, no faster degradation, cleans the same etc. Very happy with my purchase.

Brand is Milos. Used 16 brushes over 18 months. Fit on the oral b motor. Unit is not perfect so some of the oscillation movement is lost in wasted movement at the connection. The bristle, although feels good and doesn't hurt gums, it loses its integrity and after 1st 5 days is already bending outward. I guess you get what you pay for. I made them last 18 months so that's 1 a month but they go off after 5 days. Still good value but I'll try to find better quality and pay a bit more. 3 stars because I'd give Oral B 5 stars for quality ( not price) and there are 2 points where this product falls down. Using floss wound around the body to pack out the bristle head is not great and happens with after market heads.

I don’t know why I am not subscribed to this item but I find myself ordering this whenever my family is out. We all use Oral B electric toothbrushes in the house and this item is not actually an Oral B brand but it is compatible with it and I’m saving so much money! The bristles are soft and the quality is definitely there. I can get one toothbrush head to last about 1 month.

This is much less expensive than Oral B brush heads. I contacted Oral B to tell them I thought their brush heads are exorbitantly priced, but they blamed it on supply chain issues. So apparently Milos is somehow not affected by supply chain issues. It kinda makes it seem like Oral B's response was B.S. Anyway, these heads I bought fit my Oral B ProHealth toothbrush. It's kind of weird that the bristles aren't all flush with one another, but they seem to work fine. I don't care that the colors don't match with the toothbrush body.
