Ok, so Sorel boots are smaller than usual so definitely recommend a size up from normal boots. I bought these for a trip to Germany and Poland in January and I am so glad I did! These are super comfy, feel like trainers and are extremely light to wear. Although not overtly cold, these boots kept my feet cosy and warm and also dry when it rained. I wanted something I could wear with jeans, leggings and skirts and these were perfect. I wore them with tights and dresses and they looked fab, stylish and comfortable......best boots I have bought and I intend to buy more in different colours. Bye bye Ugg and hello Sorel!

Size Verification and quality
Ordered these boots as they were reduced. Many people say order a size up. YES DO. I am size 4, ordered 5 and they fit snug. With thick socks they would be too tight. Was a bit disappointed as I thought the top was more “furry’ and it is more like a teddy bear fleece so looks somewhat cheap, but I think it will be comfortable. Have not worn them out yet but they are lovely and light and I think they will be a favourite of mine. Incidentally, saw my Tutor at the Gym wearing some last week so they must be comfy. Wore this brand when I hired boots in the Arctic Circle and they were excellent so wanted to get myself a pair for home based on my experience with the brand. So far I’m happy with what I see. Delivery was much quicker than stated (as somebody else also said). They arrived quickly.

Warm, dry, comfortable but not great support
Very happy with these boots but I am always a size 6 & had to return my first pair to exchange for a size 7, which fit perfectly. The boots are very slim fitting & would be no good for someone with wide feet.I wore them on a long, very muddy & wet walk. I walked through some deep puddles & my feet stayed bone dry & very warm. They are also comfortable & didn’t rub.My only criticism is the tongue, it leaves a gap & you can’t lace the boots up right to the top so the ankle support isn’t great

Good weight and flexibility. Interesting to compare to other Sorels
Lovely boots. I wore them straight out of the box for a whole days walking in the snow with no discomfort. I am a 5.5 to 6 uk. All other Sorels I would get a 5 ( Caribou) and 5.5 (Carnival) and 6 in 2964s.In order or weight on feet and big toe boxes I reckon Carribou is heaviest and most spacious (buy a size or half down) Then 1964 ( the sizes come up smaller than the Carribou ) then 1964 which gives a bit more flexibility to the foot but likewise needs a slightly smaller size 5.5 fits me in that. All are super waterproof. I have worn Carnivale in deep snow and have nice dry feet. The only thing I’m not the biggest fan of is the top line if the boot. On most non skinny calves it ends up having a sort of collar so it’s not a straight line across the top. That is being very pedantic though!

Lovely quality, come quite small
Really lovely boots but come small, I’m a 4 and they’re so small that it’s given me pain in my heel. Great for walking the dogs though and kept my feet dry. Would go up half a size esp if you want to wear winter socks underneath

Awfully designed product
I spent ages deciding on these, due to reviews on sizing etc. I purchased a UK6.5 because I'm usually a UK7 in boots and some shoes depending upon brand. Sizing was good. The biggest bonus I thought would be the inner sherpa lining that is removable, considering I work outdoors and stand alot in the cold I really was pleased to read reviews about the boots keeping feet warm. Disappointed. After 1hour of wearing these and doing very little walking I had pain on both my archilles and markings appeared. The start of blisters I assume. In my experience this depicts a poorly fit/designed boot. Althought my toes had room to move and socks I wore were thick enough I couldn't stand the pain. Additionally my feet were cold!!!!! I couldn't believe this. I was so excited and spent so long researching to find the right boot that would last and do everything it claimed to do. In the end I've returned these for a refund and purchased a cheap pair of standard boots locally which are easy to wear and keep me warm! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Believe the reviews!!!

Super comfortable and warm
Love these boots - although I kind of wish I'd ignored the 'size down' reviews on here. I bought them a size bigger than normal as advised and they're slightly loose - fine with thick socks. They are super warm and look quite nice too!

Nie przemakaja, dość ciepłe , ale trzeba chodzić, stojąc na targowisku przy minus 5 stopni jednak robi się zimno w stopy. Ale po przejściu kilku kroków jest ciepło. Ciężko jeździ się autem przy rozmiarze 46. Reszta super

J'avais déjà lu les avis avant de commander, alors j'ai pris du 39 pour mon 38 habituel. Et c'est parfait !Les chaussures sont chaudes, confortables et (vraiment) imperméables, elles ont été l'atout idéal pour un séjour en Islande par -12 degrés !
