I am very impressed with the video quality and the plug and play setup. This system has applications to support many many functions that I’ll probably never use. It’s pricey but it comes with a lot of bells and whistles.The customer support has been excellent even though I’ve been communicating with a seller in China our conversations have been clear and articulate.These MDVR systems are the most advanced that I’ve seen on Amazon.There seems to be limitless applications for the use of these mdvr systems from fleet management down to individual personal vehicle security.I have had experience in installing home security cameras for almost 20 years. The technology keeps improving by leaps and bounds.These systems are compatible with both PC and Apple computers. There are apps available for iPhone and Android users.I have the 4 channel system with WiFi and cellular capabilities.The negatives are too few to mention because if you keep trying you’ll figure out a workaround.The 2MP cameras deliver sharp and clear 1080 resolution even on the small 7” monitor. The picture is much clearer than my factory installed backup camera system on my Ram ProMaster 2500 high roof van.

Highly recommend very good quality in night too.customer service is great.i have little hard to install network bt customer service guys they help me lot to fix that.end up its working now.i can see and track my all trucks from anywhere. Thnx guys

I have it for 3 months now. Working good. Life view any time you need on the phone and PC. Gps location and tracking. You can download the video of what you need. Install only 3 cameras 📷 on my semi. Only used display to install them, took it off after, using App on my phone. Only works with T-Mobile and AT&T. Took me a little to figure connecting. Was contact customer service by WhatsApp they help me with everything, also with video of installation. Never do reviews but it worth it. Perfect for Semi.

We installed this product on our RV. It was a little confusing to install, but we had lots of help from the joinlgo team. The camera's that are for the sides were difficult(wish we'd had the kind that was shown in the picture). The tech support was great though, and we got through it with flying colors. Haven't got a chance to take out yet, I'll follow up on this later.

Very bad quality wasting money plz plz do not buy very very poor quality if same wrong if u get same problem no body to help u when one month return will be finished hopefully is will be not working

When it works it's great. On board, everything works as it should. I have mine set up on a dedicated wifi Hotspot in my truck. The app is very hit and miss which TOTALLY defeats my mane purpose of buying this. I wanted my wife to have the ability to track my truck and see the cameras when I'm OTR. Some days she can, most days she can't. At the terminal, it shows connected to my wifi, no problems, but on the app it is offline. I have been in contact with the seller MANY times. One of there fixes is for me to change the name of my wifi! REALLY? THATS GONNA FIX THE APP? I could possibly understand that IF it never worked! Their last email to me, they were going to send a wifi only unit to me. LAST I HAVE HEARD. Not impressed.UPDATE:Well, they have been working with the app pretty good for several months, then this past week....offline again. Been offline all week. Literally nothing I can do to make them work right. TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED! Going with Falcon Eye next time I believe....when I feel like spending the money AGAIN!

I now have 3 of these systems, 1 of them replaced a tracksec device. Quality is very good, install was pretty standard for these systems, instructions were easy to understand and detailed. Customer support is top notch, they stand behind their product and make sure you get everything working the way you want it. This is by far the best units for asset Management and protection. Highly recommended company.

***New Update 12-16-23***The monitor went black. Opened up and noticed the wire strip for led back lite was cut by the metal it was going through. They should off put a cushion to protect the wire or something. Now have to buy new monitor and haven't had it for a year.***Update***Thay sent me a mouse that turns off.Now PC and Web software OMG. Have the mobile app, need to login. Go to website Babelstar to register. Different language error. Translated, "registration failed" can't register, can't login to app, can't use web access Active Security Cloud Platform because I have no way of logging in because I can't register to setup an account.***Previous post***Monitor mounts is plastic. The mouse is very cheap. You can't even turn it off. The software on the box takes getting use to. Wish the IR for remote was better. Would love to hide the box and still control the software. Maybe put IR for the box through monitor that way you don't need two remotes.
