Airwolf - The Movie

A classic 80’s tv show with a theme tune that still gives me goosebumps to this day.A fun story that’s an enjoyable watch.I’m only giving three stars though as this Blu-ray version is in name only, no remastering so still in grainy 4:3 format

Received this today & very dissapointed..Poor Picture Quality & picture is in 4:3Bought the DVD version some years back & that is in full screen & far better picture quality.Stick to DVD till they can improve on picture & give what Blu-Ray should Have.

Do NOT buy this. Buy the Season 1-3 blu-ray that has the same film but as 2 episodes with the swearing removed. I have no idea how they can call this a Blu-ray. Seriously, I thought I had put the wrong disc in the player. The picture is exactly the same as the DVD. There seems to have been no upgrade of resolution whatsoever. The only difference is the aspect ration is. now 4:3.I turned it off after 5 minutes and put in the Blu-ray with the episodes instead which look really sharp and clear and have Cleary been upgraded to HD quality. Avoid like the plague!!

The blu ray claims to be fully restored. The picture quality is terrible. It would be poor by DVD standards - like a VHS transfer. Avoid. I'm told the actual series blu ray collection is much better. The audio seemed ok.

What a disappointment,I was looking forward to watching "a fully restored" version of the original uncut pilot movie.What we get may have been restored,but not from the original film elements,but from an analogue video source which has ghosting around images and looks horrible.

Blu-ray quality is appalling and the film has been hacked to pieces. Avoid :(
