Amazon Basics Kids Toy Storage Organizer Bins - White/Pastel

I’ve had this for years. Still works great. The containers are sturdy. I moved and somehow the screws got lost and had the hardest time finding out what size replacements to get since it’s not on the instruction manual. Anyway I figured it out. It’s a metric size. “M6-1.00 x 40”

Bought this to organize my little ones toys and teach her how to put them away. Super easy to assemble. And I love that wall anchors came standard with it, with holes predrilled. Ordering a second one because I completely underestimated how much we had. Bins fit perfectly, but two big bins do not fit together on a shelf. There is just the tiniest bit of overlap...It's workable, but makes it hard for a 18 month old to pull out. Bins can sit flat or tilt. It's also really easy to move with the handles at the top. Love the colors, true to the picture. Perfect for a little girls room. Bins are a thinner plastic, but seem to be sturdy enough for what we are using them for. My daughter had no trouble picking up a big one full of play food and carrying it where she wanted it. Haven't measured the bins, but included photos of the bin by a standard mega block for comparison. Arrived in perfect condition. Packaging was superb. Really good product, especially for such a low price.

This storage is so awesome. So durable, never had anything break, chip, bend. So worth the money. We've had this one over a year. Yes I had purchased the same one before, got rid of it only bc I was trying to downsize on toys. Well clearly I needed it again. This is the best for storage. It's also a great teaching tool, when picking up toys etc. Grab the bin you want to play with, then when your done put them back in the bin and back on the rack. It takes the overwhelming out of picking up toys. Ive never had this thing even try to tip over. The bins always stay. This thing will last for years. Makes this mama happy as when we're done we will be able to gift it to another.

Bought this to create a "grocery store" for my kids. They sort their (million) pieces of play food into the bins by type (veggies, dairy, fruit, etc.). So it's also a been a cute way to teach them about nutrition and food. The set-up was super fast (less than 10 minutes) and the kids immediately started using it. Helps keep the play room clean(er) and has a pretty nice stream-lined look (rather than bins on the floor which always look cluttered to my eye). I'll likely buy another for storing/sorting their other toys - making it easier to find what they're looking for without dumping the entire box on the floor to find the one toy at the bottom...

I have mixed feelings about this. I've wanted this storage unit for a year but didn't want to pay the price for it. But as my daughter reached two years and really started making messes with her toys, I wanted an open face organizer to teach her to pick up and sort her toys. On the pro side, this unit has done just that. I love the various tub sizes, the ease of which she can remove the whole tub and play with specific toy sets, and how she can see everything without having to lift lids. But on the con side, this unit is super flimsy! If she were to push on one side of it, it would definitely break. I've bumped it walking by and the whole thing swayed. The other con, although minor, is that the bins sit at such a slant that the toys tend to slide to the front, leaving a lot of unused space in the back of the bins while the front gets piled up. Honestly, I would buy it again just because of the open design, but I'm definitely dissatisfied with the quality of the shelf. For the price, it should be much, much sturdier.

I love the different size compartments - it is helpful when organizing smaller and larger-sized toys. I also like the colors because we use it as a learning tool - we tell our son, "Ok now grab the ball out of the green bin" which helps teach him colors. My only concern will be when he starts trying to climb... not sure how this rack will hold up. That being said, there is a security strap which you secure to the wall so that it does not tip over. I'm just not sure the dowels will be able to handle it, haha. I'm sure it will be fine. Overall, this is a great product!

I had been debating on ordering this for a while. I had ordered a fabric type toy storage for my girls a while back that they completely ruined (shredded the fabric, sat in the little bins and stretched them out) This happened within the week I had bought those. I was afraid this would be the fate of this storage bin; however, I have had it for almost a month now and they have sat in the bins, pushed each other around the house, etc, and everything is still holding up. No cracks or splits, not color scrapes. Still looks the same as when it arrived. Love it!

Now that my daughter is past the “choking hazard” age, I was on the market for an easier way to organize her small toys. This fit the bill just fine. Now all her minute figures have their own spot. My only real criticism is the instructions. It’s simply one diagram witha couple of zoomed in views. I kept staring at it trying to figure out where the brackets go, before realizing that they were if you want to connect it to the wall. It would’ve been much more helpful if it had specified that.
