Very Poor Quality Fabric
This is our 3rd replacement canopy and where we purchase upgraded fabric with expectations of getting 2-3 seasons. This latest iteration made it one season (I remove and store canopy between Oct-May). I also noticed hook elastic material was of very poor quality and not well placed for easy install. We do not recommend this item even for one year.

Buyer Beware - Canopy damaged, ripped, and discolored after a few months
I purchased the canopy replacement in March to prepare for the summer season. The canopy has now been up for a few months and it not only has what looks like mildew all over it, but also is ripped where the hooks are. For the money I paid for this canopy, I am very frustrated and disappointed that it did not even last an entire season. I would say that I do not recommend this product to anyone, however, if this is the gazebo that you own, your options are pretty much limited to this replacement which is unfortunate.
