AMAZING
I am an Amazon freak and I buy EVERYTHING on amazon and I rarely rate products but this one deserves it! This balsamic is AMAZING!! I LOVE IT! I am a vinegar snob and always looking for new ones to spruce up my recipes (mainly salad dressing). I used this mixed with olive oil, agave, salt and pepper and mixed with greens, cut strawberries, blueberries, red onions, blue cheese and candied walnuts and OMG!! Best salad ever! I think I will try it with arugula next time!

Be careful opening this bottle!
This product is very good. First timei’d tried it and very satisfied...EXCEPT the foil around the cap amd neck of the bottle is problematic. It is very thick and was extremely hard to cut off initially to get the bottle open. I cut myself twice getting into it the 1st time. I couldn't even get the metal all the way off the neck.So when I went to use it again tonight, I cut myself again! Now sure why you’d have such a thick sharp metal consumers can’t get off easily. Something to revisit.Don’t think I’d order again because of that.

If you like lemon flavor at all you will love this lemon vinegar.
Found this at small local farmers market last summer and have been using it in salads for well over a year. My husband who is a very picky eater absolutely loves this vinegar. When matched with olive oil it is the perfect salad dressing. The first time my family needed more, I drove the back roads to find the actual facility where their olives are grown and the product is produced in Central Texas. Now I can order from the comfort of my home! I order two at a time for my family in both Texas and Nashville with ease.

No Cherry Fruit
Hmm, when I got the package, the 2 bottles were labeled differently than Terra Verde. They said Texas Hill Country, no Terra Verde anywhere. So, I wondered if they were old or new? Either way, not what was advertised. Next, there is no cherry in the balsamic vinegar. It's all grape, with Natural Flavor. So I feel deceived even before I taste it. I bought one bottle as a gift, the other for me.Flavor wise, it's thick and not very vinegary and reminds me of cherry cough syrup although I am feeling grumpy about the packaging and ingredients. It's not bad and I'll use it up but won't buy it again.

Tasty Tasty
I recently purchased the wild cherry balsalmic hoping it would be as good as the brand I just used up...it was...an even better. I drizzle it on almost everything. Great on vegetables or a fresh tomatoe! I reduced one of the bottles into a thicker glaze and it's really yummy!

Meh! You can do far better for the price!
I've used and enjoyed a wide range of balsamic vinegars for two decades. This product was not enjoyable, and it's use is limited, if you like true balsamic vinegar. This is a white balsamic that is very vinegary but limited in it's peachiness. Most sadly, its unduly vinegary nature and lack of body suggests little in the way of true aging and more in the way of clever gimmicks to create a balsamicISH product for low prices that sells at the price of good balsamics. If you don't know balsamic from apple cider vinegar, then this may be a treat for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.UPDATE: On a positive note, this company pays attention to feedback given and sent me a refund. Kudos to them for being on the ball!

Light, sweet and amazzing
I used to be able to purchase white lemon balsamic vinegar here in AZ. The company has gone out of business and I've been searching...finally, found a brand that pleases as much. Let my adult son taste a tad on a spoon and told him my sister drank it in a shot glass. Before tasting he wrinkled his nose - vinegar straight??? Then he tasted it and smiled and said he could see why she did. Smooth, sweet/tart, has a refreshing taste.

Love it!
Pre Pandemic, I use to purchase by lemon vinegar at a local business. When everything closed abruptly I was unable to get a new batch when mine ran out. I was grateful to find this on Amazon. I tried one bottle for flavor and it was great. I buy 2 bottles every 3 wks. I use it on veggies and seafood (shrimp, salmon, tuna steak). My kids love this. The best part is that it's cheaper then what I was buying locally for a smaller size.
