The strainer doesnโt reach far enough down
I love this teapot, I only wish the mesh strainer went closer to the bottom of the pot. If I only want one cup, the water level doesnโt reach most of the tea in the strainer. I can put the tea directly in the pot instead and pour through the strainer into my cup, but that takes all the fun and civility out of having a cute little teapot with a mesh strainer built in. If I want to make a full pot of tea (2 nice big mugs full), then this works splendidly. If they fix this problem, Iโd give it 5 stars.

Looks great, doesn't stain though I do have trouble using it without dribbling a little tea out of the spout. While you could get 3-4 small cups (6-8 oz) out of this, most standard mugs are bigger so I can get about 2 mugs worth of tea out of it.

I wanted to love this teapot.
I really wanted to love this teapot. I couldn't.When it arrived, and I removed it from the packaging, the California Prop 65 leaflet warning consumers of lead content in the product, fell out of the box. Rechecking the description, "... it is made of durable and attractive stoneware, and uses lead-free glazes..." I realized it was misleading and wrong, based on this legally required leaflet.I decided to try the teapot. Turns out, the infuser isn't stainless steel. When leaves sit in the infuser, outside the pot, the mesh turns black, indicative of steel oxidation. Great, that mesh is dissolving into my tea.Other small quirks increased my frustration, such as the clip holding the lid sliding off.It pours well, the handle is sturdy and stays cool even when I use too-hot water in the pot, and makes a good-sized amount of tea (24 ounces, as in the description). I now use a separate mesh ball to hold my loose-leaf tea, and am careful with the lid, but I am still wary about the leaded glaze.

Just what I needed to make tea for two.
I got this in classic white and it is perfect to brew "tea for two." I use it for ice tea brewing in the summer. The pot pours well and does not drip. I caught it for a good price. The first one I received had broken in shipping, but the exchange worked well and I was glad to get my teapot.

Attractive, but lid comes off too easily
This seems to be a bit larger than I expected. It is a heavy teapot. It is a shame that the lid comes off easily when the pot is tipped to pour.

Much prettier in person.
This is a nifty way to keep a few cups of tea warm and ready for use. The tea infuser is a nice addition to the product; it's great to use for loose tea leaves or you can take it out and use regular bags. It has a nice weight to it, meaning it doesn't feel light and cheap. Pretty sturdy, but it's not too heavy so it's not cumbersome to use.

Just Right
This little teapot is just the right size for three or four 6oz. cups of tea. It is easy to clean and I have even put it in the microwave to heat up the tea as it cooled (taking the lid off of course. Would buy it again.
