Lehigh 7142 (4-1/8 inch screw by 5/16 thread Stainless Steel Screw Eye Bolt

This is a decently made eye lag screw, and good for the cost.This is what I don't like.Amazon is consistently giving wrong dimensions &/or info.It's safe working weight limit is 200 pounds, and not 260 pounds, as it is advertized.This one is a true 5/16th thick lag screw.It's total overall length is 4 & 1/8th long.The eye is 1 & 1/4 outside width.This one is solid stainless steel.They also sell another (advertized as 5/16th) shorter eye lag screw, but that one, (which I also got), is only 1/4 inch.This one: Lehigh 7229-6 3-1/2 Inch by 5/16 Inch Stainless Steel Screw Eye Hooks, Zinc Plated, 2-PackIt's safe working weight limit is only 75 pounds.This one is not solid stainless steel.

I purchased this to hang TRX cables from a ceiling wood beam. After drilling initial whole slightly smaller than the diameter of this screw, we then just simply use our hands to screw this in. I weigh about 210 pounds and I've been using my TRX cables hanging from this for months now without any problems

Some stainless steel is too soft, some not rust resistant enough and some are just too expensive.This seems hard enough, very rust resistant and reasonably priced.That's what I was looking for and I would buy them again.
