Does it cut thick wallpaper?

Personally I think it would struggle to cut thick wallpaper. I use it to cut at the most two layers of thin fabric. The 45mm cutter would be better as it cuts several layers of fabric.

It will cut thin flexible rubber sheets, but not rigid hard rubber.

Will this cut 3mm mount board?

I would think that is a bit thick. Rotary cutters are great for fabric but thick mount card would be better with a scalpel. This is perfect for fiddly cutting of thin materials.

How to change blades on an olfa cutter
