I purchased this for my son's graduation party. I chose this particular set because it was made of hardwood and had a lacquer coating and was supposed to be durable. As soon as I took it out of the package the #8 had a large crack lengthwise in the wood. My daughter and I decided to try it out. It was a lot of fun and entertaining but after one game, ONE GAME and the wood was chipping and cracking, the tip of the #4 broke off and the baton was all beat up from hitting the skittles. I don't know if it will even last through the party. I should have saved my money and purchased another brand. So disappointed, I hyped this game up to many of the expected guests.

i have not used it yet! i know its a fun game. i decided to go with the nice wooden carrier case and payed a little more for that! that was not a good decision since its so poorly put together , very sloppy and and since the nail sticks out one could get hurt!. I live 2 hours away from the post office, so sending it back cost me more than using some good glue and some nails that holds it together.

I recently bought this numbers kubb set to expand my collection of yard games. It comes in a nice carrying crate with very concise instructions for how to play. The pieces themselves are well sanded, have a nice finish and good paint job. I played numbers kubb for the first time a few months ago and have wanted to get a set ever since. It is a great throwing game to bring to a tailgate, or for hanging out in the yard, as its quick and easy to play. I am very happy with this set so far. I have played a few quick games on wet ground so far, and they showed no signs of damage or of water getting into the wood.Good Quality set at a good price.

This product arrived in a double cardboard box. Despite the packaging, the storage box was broken in four places. The photo shows two of the broken boards; the bottom panel is broken as well. Worse, the inner shipper box has written on it 'CRATE BAD' - apparently this set had been previously returned and not repaired.Those things I could have lived with and fixed, but the biggest issue was the set itself. Look again at the picture. The pins are supposed to be numbered 1-12. My set had random numbers with multiple pins with 6, 9, and 11 while other numbers are missing. As such, the game is unplayable. There are multiple cracks in the pins and the bowler as well.I am attempting to return this, but there have been problems with that process as well. This set is garbage, if you buy it then best case you have expensive kindling for your fire pit.

This was my second game set purchased from Grown Man Games, and quality is high as expected. Looked like a fun yard game to add to the mix. Pieces feel quality built... Sturdy with a smooth texture finish. Feels like they'll hold up well to a lot of use... Will update after a couple tailgate seasons!

I had heard about it, but didn't know exactly how to play so googled a video to help me understand the directions. Highly recommend doing that so you play it the right way! The pieces are made of wood and seem sturdy enough, but we've only played a few times. I like the carrying case for storage - and makes it easy to bring to other places. You need to have a flat area with shorter grass so they stand better. It was double packaged when it arrived. one of the slats on the carrier was loose so I just glued it. All is well! Get this game and have some fun!

This is a very fun game for all ages. Great way to teach children math! Easy to learn, sturdy, well made. Good value
