It is a high quality with great aroma and taste. I am still using it and when is finished will buy again. However, I tired the Zaraffe, Tama, and this one and all met my expectations. I even have hard time to decide which one to choose on my next order. I use saffron a lot and read great stuff about its effect on overall health. I use in food, tea, etc., and it adds aroma and rich color to food.

This is the best online saffron I have yet found. I am the personal chef in a household that favors Ayurvedic (Indian health food) cuisine. It is strong enough that I can use less, a great feature in this rare, wonderful, and expensive spice. It also seems to have a darker hue in the finished dishes. The container is beautiful and forms a tight seal, perhaps an issue with those whose hands lack strength. It would be a bit large and unusual in a smaller kitchen.

We've been nervous about saffron sourcing after getting some poor quality saffron from other vendors the last few years. But Aria saffron is very high quality. It has great colour, powders beautifully, and provides excellent flavour/aroma. We use it in Swedish Christmas baking and the results are as good or better than any saffron we've used, including some picked up by friends directly in Iran. Highly recommended.

Hot saffron milk is made regularly. Just a avarage quality saffron . you get what you pay. Fine for basic use.

Since I bought this as a gift, I was a bit disappointed it wasn't in the packaging that was advertised or that the other buyers had posted. Other than that, the quality of the product itself was good.

This is great - one of the best (if not the best) Saffron available on the market. Superior flavor and fragrance - clearly procured from a top-notch supplier in Iran. Those that use Saffron in cooking know that the quality varies a lot between and within producing countries. While Iranian saffron is generally superior - good product can also come from Spain and Central Asia. Most Saffron on the market is low to mid quality - adding color but little flavor and fragrance. This is the best - '24 carat' Saffron available at a competitive price. Will definitely be buying this again.

I bought this for an India Party that I hosted at my workplace. I have never tried saffron and wanted to try what appeared to be the best quality I could buy. I wasn’t disappointed. It made delicious, beautiful rice and it received approval of someone who knows and has had authentic saffron before. It arrived quickly and is so rich in color and beautifully tinned it was like receiving a gift from a King! If you are looking for quality, don’t hesitate to buy this!

I cook paella often and the smell of saffron wasn’t there. When I tasted, it was a lot of paprika and spicy seasoning BUT NO saffron. The pistils were too small. Until I find a good saffron I will use Carmencita.
