All of these cheapo waist trainers just give you an unnatural firm cylindrical shape, there's no actual hourglass curve like the pictures deceptively seem to imply.I ordered a size S, and my waist is ~25-26 inches. For someone my size, it just makes my waist actually wider and more cylindrical. Even at my size, clipping all the hooks is kind of awkward and time consuming. There's probably a sweet spot where if you're not too big or too small it'll make a positive difference without being impossible to put on, but for me it did literally nothing. For actual waist training, I guess you're better off with a corset..
