I bought this set along with the 7-piece set in 2007. I use all of them several times a week at least, and they are all in excellent condition still. The only exception is the 10" skillet, which I have used nearly everyday for 8 years. It was fine until I got married, but there's something about my husband's cooking that is hard on pans. It was looking pretty rough, and the nonstick coating had pretty much all disappeared, so I contact Pampered Chef about the warranty 2 weeks ago. They sent me a case number and told me to mail it back. I let them know I would have to wait a few weeks to afford to ship it, so they sent me a prepaid label! I sent it in on Thursday, July 2nd. Today a brand spanking new one arrived at my door. The quality of these products are excellent, their customer service was exceptional. The only thing I have to complain about is going without my skillet for a week! (I timed so I was out of town for some of the processing time) I could not possibly be happier with this company. Every product I have ever bought from them has been excellent (and I've bought quite a few).

I have owned these pans for 7 years now. In our old house we had a gas stove and the large frying pan started with a tiny bit of chipping. I think it was because of the uneven heat of the stove bc the pan was so large. Pampered chef replaced it with no problem! Amazing! Otherwise I absolutely love these pans!! They clean up so easy, hand wash only and as long as you care for them like the owners manual suggests they hold up fantastically!! I have more than one set and they are the main pans we use. Usually once a year pampered chef will hold a special on their pans if you have a party and you can get them at a much more resonable price (which is what we did!)

Is there a lifetime guarantee on the pots and pans. I would like to no. Have a friend that might want to buy them. We heard that there was.
