My 72yr old Dad had adhesions in his intestines as a consequence of the dehydration from fever caused by Covid. His bowel will block up if he doesn't keep everything moving smoothly through and he then has a horrid time in hospital sorting it out. These capsules have really helped him and are much easier on him than a standard laxative tablet.My Mum has the opposite problem, suffering with severe IBS. They have significantly helped her with her discomfort and bloating, also her age related stiffness has eased too, allowing her to play the piano again without cramp.I would therefore highly recommend the capsules, they do what they say they do.

My husband has IBS and these were recommended by a couple of friends and I have to say he has improved dramatically. Not sure how it is working but it is, the food that normally made him not so well he seems to have improved a lot. Been taking only two and half weeks lets hope it continues.

Arrived within the expected date, which was good. As for the product not so good for me and my condition as I saw no change - in fact felt even more bloated. Won't purchase again. Unable to recommend as each for it's own i.e. it may not work for me, but it may for someone else.

Large tablets but easily swallowed with water, bought as recommend for constipation for which they have helped a minimum of 2 a night, I have also used them in the past in ibs to calm the stomach when taken with peppermint oil capsules. Good brand, great quality. Happy with purchase.

Used as directed. Easy to swallow and easy on the stomach (unlike some brands). I can honestly say that they have helped and improved my digestive system.
