Great Weight Loss Planner
Bought this to help me focus on cutting back what I ate and literally carry it round the house with me, writing down what you eat really does focus the mind and I've cut down drastcially once I saw how many snacks I was really having. Helpful HEA & B boxes if you follow Slimming World but easy to ignore if you don't. I also like the weekly planner and lots of space to record and track your progress. Have bought my next one ready for week 13.

Best journal for diets

Great book!
