I'm so happy that I took advice and bought this superb collection of bands from Powerguidance. With such an array of bands and accoutrements, it means that there's a huge range of exercises that can be performed. You can emulate everything from the kind of exercises you'd do with dumbbells or barbells (curls, presses, squats, deadlifts, bench presses, upright rowing) to the stuff you'd normally do on expensive machines (rowing, leg presses, pull-downs etc) and then just invent some more! I use them, for example, for trunk twists and side bends with resistance and more, and have placed them all over the house, such as hanging down from the banister over the stairs so that every time I'm heading out or coming in, I do a set of 10 of several exercises just for laughs.The thick, corded bands are especially useful because they can be used in combination by simply hooking more of them to the handles using the caribineer clips—very quick and easy. They range from 10 lb to 50 lb resistance (4.5 to 22.5 kg), which means that if you put them together, you're shifting a whopping 150 lb (68 kg) which is more than enough for most home exercisers. The ankle straps (velcro) are very good, and the addition of the wide, short bands mean you can do 'archery' pulls and a whole load more: just Google "resistance band exercises".As someone interested in ancient history, I'm of course wondering if I could put these to use in some sort of catapult... 😆In short, these bands have changed the way I exercise, adding a huge amount of variety to what I already do with barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight. Highly recommended and frankly amazing value. I love 'em!

After going to the gym for years and also having a weight stack at home I have always mentally mocked people who I saw using any type of band at the gym but after having an accident and severely damaging both arms with no chance of ever being normal again so to try and reverse the muscle wastage and weakness I bought these and I honestly have to say they work. You can find all sorts of exercises on YouTube all I can say is give them a go and for this low price especially as a Amazon deal you really can’t go wrong. Don’t go for the really cheap ones as they are cheap and nasty these seem very well made and I have used for 6 weeks now with no signs of wear. That’s like anything else if you look after them

The bands with the cabiners for attachment seem durable and well made. The other bands are very short and thin. They appear to be of poor quality and I find them pretty useless. But the main bands for use with handles and door anchor are great. Overall I’m happy with it. I’ll buy the other bands separately.

Very good quality bands, I've been using them for over 2 months now. No issues with them. Looks even better in real. Fast delivery.My only issue is camo bag which I just don't like.

The set is great for exercising at home, office or holiday. It’s very versatile with different bands and the addition on ankle straps and attachment for over the door etc. Arrived much quicker than expected. Comes in a drawstring bag which is extremely useful for storage.

The bands work well and cannot complain about that. However after ~6 months of use one of the bands broker and a few others looks like they could start to break soon.

Seit ca 4 Jahren besuche ich regelmäßig mein örtliches Fitnessstudio. Seit dem "Lockdown" habe ich dementsprechend nach alternativen Trainingsequipment gesucht. Da ich aber keine Lust hatte mehrere Hundert Euro für die "normale Grundausstattung" wie Hanteln, Trainingsbänke etc. auszugeben, bin ich schnell auf Fitness Expander bzw Resistance Bänder aufmerksam geworden. Die vielfältige Einsetzung für fast alle primäre Muskelpartien ist wirklich herausragend. Vor allem sind hier alle einzelnen Teile qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet. Die Lieferung erfolgte sogar einen Tag früher als erwartet. 70€ ist vielleicht gerade nicht wenig aber diesen Preis habe ich sehr gerne für dieses Produkt bezahlt. Qualität hat seinen Preis und das wurde hier definitiv gewährleistet. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Prodotto molto comodo per chi in qs periodo non può allenarsi in palestra.... puoi allenare tutti i muscoli senza avere bisogno dei pesi...sono sodisfatto... attenti però alle imitazioni costano molto meno ma durano altrettanto poco rischiate che si rompano gli elastici.Questo prodotto che ho comprato invece è molto resistente lo consiglio grazie🤗

Hay que dejar claro que no son sustituto de unas buenas mancuernas, pero para estos tiempos que no podemos entrenar en el gimnasio es lo mejor que he encontrado. Muy versátiles, prácticamente puedo realizar todos los ejercicios que quiero por grupos musculares. Gran alternativa para no dejar la rutina de entrenamiento hasta que esto pase.La calidad es bastante buena y el rango de resistencias es amplio. Muy recomendable.
