Is it safe for newborn twins?

For newborns no it is not safe. but almost every stroller if you put a heavy diaper bag obviously is going to tip over. Other than that being said I THINK IT IS A GREAT STROLLER FOR A TODDLER AND A INFANT.

Does this stroller have a cup holder?

No, you will have to buy them separately.

Will this fit in a trunk of a compact car? like chevy malibu or camaro?

It fit in our Honda Accord trunk.
