Great baking silicone mat.

I have never owned or used a dough or baking mat before this purchase so I didn't really know what to expect. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised the first time I used it. My dough didn't stick yet the mat itself clung to the counter perfectly. The dough lifted off with ease. It appeared nothing was left behind on this thing. Just to be safe, because of the butter in my dough, I washed this mat in hot, soapy water, rinsed it, then draped it over my dish rack to dry, which took no time at all. Like I said, I had no idea what to expect, but now I plan to purchase a second one, maybe even a third just in case anything happens to them. I would not hesitate to recommend this for anyone who is looking for a small baking mat.

The mat is easy to roll and sticks to your countertop with ease(as long as there is no water or flour under the mat itself). It’s thin which is great for storage and moving. The mat can pretty easily slide/shift on your countertop with enough force. I only make sourdough and because of that I don't use all the conversions and extra measurements on the mat. For its price point and basic features it meets our needs but I could see why a more serious baker or chef would want more.

This is the perfect mat for kneading bread dough. It washes up nicely and is easy to roll up and store away.

This particular pastry mat is a game changer it sticks doesn’t move about in my work station like the one I bought before though not from Amazon. Quality is top notch, but easy to clean. Highly recommend
