If you can get some skirt steak I recommend that for making steak fajitas. I used sweet onions and yellow bell peppers and fried the steak first with some of this Chef Merito Carne Asada Meat Seasoning! It was recommended to me and I found it here quite easily! When using this seasoning you don't need any more salt or pepper. The seasoning is flavorful enough on its own! I am also going to try it when I fry ground meat for tacos. Best beef seasoning. Leaves any beef (from carne asada to any steak) with such great flavor. It’s been a go to of mine for more than 10 years. You will not be disappointed

This stuff is excellent for carne asada tacos. Tastes authentic (at least to me). Dust a little on some thinly cut steak, hit it with some lime juice, and let it marinade for a few hours. Fire up the grill and bob’s your uncle!

I've been experimenting with different, MUCH higher priced carne asada seasonings for about a year or so now. I never imagined this low cost one would become my wife and I's favorite. Just ordered our 2nd one. Very good stuff. We put it on more than just steak and love it!

Great flavor! I use it on most of the beef that I will grill or bake. It isn't spicy. It was a great price for the big bottle. Usually in the grocery store it costs way more.

This does provide excellent flavor, but it doesn't make beef into carne asada. It's very good on pork & chicken as well. The major issues are (for me) inclusion of MSG, salt. I prefer a seasoning that does not include salt. I can add my own. MSG doesn't affect me much (still don't like it), but it does affect others a lot. These are all listed on the label, which I should have read more carefully. Nonetheless, it is an excellent seasoning.

Took a little bit to get to the UK but was worth the wait. I’m Mexican American from Los Angeles, and this is what we season our carne asada with back home. So to have it in the UK is definitely a win. Tastes just like home. And the bottle was bigger than I thought. Great value and worth it. Definitely recommend if you love Mexican seasonings or carne asada
