Love it!
Only once it once so far. I love it! I still have to master how to make perfect arancini because mine ended up with too much rice and not so much filling. After making a few of them, it would at times get stuck and not come out but with a little patience, gravity did its job.

It's ok but not what they show
For a long time I looked for ways to put together Sicilian Rice Balls easier. After some research I found this item. When you watch the video it looks amazingly easy. Not So! After getting it. I made a batch of rice and Followed the little bit of direction that came with it. Filled it with rice and used the plunger to make the hole for the filling. Unlike the video it didn't just slide out. I had to twist it to get it out. So far so good. Put in the filling. packed some more rice on top and tamped it down. I had to twist off the mold top which isn't a screw on to unstick it from the rice and filling. It formed the ball. But the only way to get it out of the bottom part was to run a spoon around it. This caused a divot in the rice and exposed the filling. I tried dipping it water, spraying it with a bit of oil. No matter what I tried the ball didn't just come out like they show. Great Idea in principle, but it isn't worth the money because it isn't saving any time. What worked better was using a large dishing scoop and the plunger to make the hole for the filling. With the scoop I was able to get it out easily and just had to add a bit more rice to cover the filling
