DANCO Complete Installation Kit for Vinyl Faucet Spray Hose & Assembly, White, 4-Feet, 1-Set (16560)

I actually only needed the spray part. My super used the spray part and fixed mine. I actually didnt need the hose but will hold onto it incase I do in the near future.

January 10, 2021- I order the black one to replace an older Danco black hose & head assembly. The item arrived on time. At first glance I suspected the item was repackaged judging by the flimsy staple used. I inspected the 1/4" hose nut for signs of scratches or dents and it appeared to be fine. When I removed the the nut from the spray head I noticed that there was no rubber washer inside. After I assembled everything and added my own rubber washer the spray head works as expected. Without the rubber washer it leaked when I sprayed water only.1. If you own an older Danco spray head don't expect the components to be the same.2. The user manual posted in product listing should be updated to match the newer version of the spray hose assembly. Currently it is for the older model. Diagrams steps and parts are not the same.3. I have to assume that Danco is shipping this item without a rubber washer to everyone. This explains all the one star reviews and the frustration customers experienced after installation about leaks. Without rubber washers water will leak.4. To Danco's quality assurance department- get on the ball, update your manual and provide the rubber washers that costs you less than pennies. If the item was intended to be used without a rubber washer you may want to reconsider the newer modification and go back to the older one. Think how many four or five stars you will gain resulting in more sales.

Fit perfectly

Pros of this item are it is a more sturdy sprayer than the black plastic sprayers normally on a kitchen sink. Guess I should mention I'm a licensed plumber before continuing. The actual housing of the sprayer the section it drops into seems to be better quality then the normal housing. I love the finish as it would match most faucets and just has a better overall look and appearance. Price is also important factor here as well as it is under priced compared to other sprayers of similar quality and design.Cons and there aren't many but I did notice the diverted in my particular one isn't switching all the way over when engaged meaning the faucet itself still had water coming out of it and not giving u full volume to the sprayer. Going along with previous it has less water pressure than the original I believe there is a defect in the diverter which is the cause of this. Taken the water that comes from the faucet and adding that to what should come out of the sprayer would make it more comparable to the pressure I had with my original. This is not something I can change its just the way the sprayer is designed.Overall I'm still happy with my purchase and my only complaint would be the water pressure. Love the look and would buy again if something happened down the road.

Didn’t fit, but good quality

This was a fine replacement to my previous sink sprayer. I have only two minor complaints.First, the hose was bent at such an awkward angle near the sprayer itself, that it took a long time before it would sit squarely in the included bracket. It would stick up a bit at first. Eventually after repeatedly forcing it down, it appears to sit all the way down, now.The second complaint is that it's not quite as constrictive as my previous nozzle was. Therefore, the water pressure is a bit less; this means it doesn't clean things quite as well, and doesn't spray as far. (I used to water my plants out the kitchen window with its predecessor; now I can't quite reach the ones in back.)However, neither of these is reason enough to replace it with another sprayer; this one will suffice. It installed easily and works as it should.

I looked at the questions and Danco support said this comes with a hose guide. When I received it the package was open and it definitely did not and the instructions say to retain the old guide, which in my case also needs replaced. So I ordered a new hose guide separately, then went about replacing the sprayer but it spews water everywhere. If not for the fact I wanted a white sprayer I would have just gone to the local hardware store.

Just installed and it works very well. I like about the smooth spray without back flow, no drifting at all. The one star off was for the missing part. The tip of the hose on the picture shows that there is another gold adapter attaches but when I open only hose, an extra lock ring and sprayer that was it. I had to go to my local hardware store to buy this adapter, avoid hassle of returning and exchanging online. That defeats the purpose, I had to go to local hardware store to buy missing part. Why wouldn't I brought this item at there in the first place. Anyway, it is done. Easy to install.

Took longer then expected for shipping. But did finally show up. Product seems to be good.
