ReefKeeper Module RKM-SL2

the unit is defected by design, Digital aquatic admitted this publiclyI got this unit in Aug-2011, and it was not working properly. DA asked me to send the unit back to them as there is a design problem in the SL2(their words). I sent the unit and till now I did not get a unit back. Every month digital aquatic say next month we will fix the problem. Terrible customer service and bad quality

As usual, DA product normally involve a call to the support people and this is just another example.

I have a reef keeper elite system, it works ok, the problem is with my net module. I have called several times, no person just voice mail, they say to submit question via tech support online then hang up. I have sent several emails over a period of several days, you get a case number. They tell you how important you problems is to them. As of today no response. RUN THE WAY, if I knew what I know now I would have gone with Apex.
