I have 4 young adult kids so I am always keeping up with 6 vehicles. I plan to use this scanner to a vacuum check engine light on my Buick, program replacement key on my Jetta, and reset the BCM in my Buick. I’m just getting started. Quality scanner, very good price, and 2 years of updates.A few days later I scanned my wife’s 2012 Equinox. My 431 actually told me that my wife’s key fob (not mine) has a low battery. Really like this tool.

I've tried various scanners but this one has been very accurate while working with vehicles like Hyundai, Honda and Nissan.Easy to use, frequent software updates and extensive vehicle support.

Unit is not a knock off. Legit item. Created an account and registered device easy. Unit boots up pretty quick. Download software and firmware updates no problem. I scanned both my Audi S8 and my BMW x3. It took longer to scan the Audi than the BMW but it found all the modules for both cars. I tested the dashboardand guages on the Audi and it worked fine. I reset transfer case adaptations on the BMW. Worked fine. So far so good.Update: 3/2020. Unit was able to get the PIN code for the immobilizer in the Audi and it reset fuel trim adaptations in the BMW. I was able to test the transfer case actuator in the BMW but it WILL NOT program the TPMS sensors. It sees the module and can read the sensors sort of- it cannot reprogram new ones or put the car in TPMS learn mode. Oh well. I guess I'll have to get a dedicated TPMS tool

This tool worked great for a month or so. It suddenly would not send email reports. My customers need a paper copy of the report.After trying everything I am capable of, I gave it to my IT friend who suggested a factory reset.It no longer has the launch app. It is no longer a scan tool. It is now just an Android tablet that has no play store. That’s right. You do not have user level control over your own tool. Can’t download apps. Can’t put your own email into it.Rip offI need my money back

Reading reviews I was worried about the problems users were having registratering the tool. Luckily for me registration was really smooth and simple. Will update with the good and the bad once I become familiar with the tool.

My snap on scanner is 7 years old and still runs circles around this thing. I cant believe the processor is as slow as it is. I can boot up my snap on, check codes, clear codes and test drive. This thing takes forever to boot up, when it does you cant just pull codes, it has to check everything which is ridiculous.

This is by far the best scanner I have had yet and yes it beats the 5000$ snap on bidirectional scan tools!! Best buy I have made in years thanks LAUNCH!!
