The tape really sticks! Reminds me of a roll of tape for use on bandages. You have to be careful that you don't put this on sensitive skin. I wrapped my upper arms to give them support due to muscle injury. I used an under layer of cushioning but still got a bit of tape on my arm. Really hurt to pull it off of the sensitive inside upper arm skin!If you are careful or have tough skin, I think this tape is worth getting for its holding power. I doubt it will come off or get loose. Great for the gym or used as support for injuries. Probably great for use on ankles!

Climber here, pretty psyched with this tape. I bought and returned another brand before this because it's adhesive was too weak. The adhesive on this one is not as strong as on that German-sounding brand most of us are familiar with, but I think I might prefer this. It's a little bit easier to get off when I want to, and doesn't leave nearly as much residue on my hands.Also, the little finger sized roll is super handy for taping finger joints with weak pulleys. I would, and will buy again.

I've used a lot of cloth tape for finger protection during rowing. This tape is thin enough to get a couple wraps without getting too bulky, sticks well to clean skin and to itself, and tears easily both crosswise and lengthwise -- which is critical for taping fingers. Buying again for the second time.

I like the sticky factor and the easy way this tape tears. There are multiple brands to choose from and for the most part they are all the same. This brand offers a good product at a good price.

this tape is great. although it runs out fast. it is very useful for gymnastics which is what i used it for. i taped my ankles with it for extra stability and it did the job. it was even helpful when i smashed my index finger in a door. i was able to tape my index finger and my middle fingers together so that it could have more stability instead of splinting it with a finger splint. the tape worked great for every thing it used it for. i was very helpful that it didn't live a sticky residue after removing. so if you're wanting a cheaper pack of tape then get this it works

I love the athletic tape, over all Summum fit offered a comprehensive product that fits almost all my need. My favorite part was the bonus roll of finger tape, as a jiu-jitsu practitioner jambing my fingers is common and the tape was perfect. The zigzag edge of the tape allows for easy free hand ripping. Especially when I have to use my off hand because I've hurt my dominate hand. I wish the finger rolls where sold separately as well, I use more finger tape than anything else and will need more before it makes sense to purchase this whole produt again. My prefered brand of finger tape is Tap Tape, and Summum Fit exceded my exspectations for finger tape.The tape has a feature that makes it easy on the skin and is easy to reposition, however if you use the tape on any part of your body prone to sweeting the adhesives seems to become stronger and will adhere to your skin. This is not really much of a problem when removing the tape because it doesnt hurt, its pulls about as bad as your average ridged tape brand.When wrapping my wrists and ankles for support, this tape is on par with other brands I have tried but the easy tear and the ease of repositioning the tape makes this brand better than others I have tried. Summum Fit offered a very solid product.

I love this tape for climbing. If I need it for wrist support or covering flappers, etc. it’s the perfect solution. I never have residue after. It’s the perfect thickness that isn’t too much but also supportive. Pretty comfortable to wear
