Issue with Tea Set Purchase - Damaged Cup
I am impressed with the product. The design is beautiful, and the quality is excellent. My wife loved it, and we were both excited to use it.However, unfortunately, one of the cups in the set has a noticeable defect. This was disappointing, especially considering how much we were looking forward to enjoying this set together.

High quality product with helpful customer service
I first saw this product at a friend's house and loved it the moment I saw it. I ordered it immediately. It has shipped very quickly. Only problem was that one of the cups was chipped (it is not uncommon in these kinds of products). I directly contacted their customer service via email and they responded quickly and replaced the chipped cup immediately I contacted with them. They were very helpful. Now I received the replacement cup and I am very happy with this set. Design is very elegant and the material is high quality! I strongly recommend it, it's perfect for tea ceremony.
