Great for Sourdough Bread

Great for Sourdough Bread and other types of Bread, wholemeal, white and fruit bread. It’s Organic and makes a beautiful loaf. It’s good for rolls, pizza base and fruit breads. The taste tells you it is a quality flour, the Rise of the bread is excellent. The cost of the flour is really good. I haven’t regretted buying this flour.
