Best seam ripper I have ever used
Yes there is a difference in the quality for seam rippers. I am not new to sewing, but newer to quilting and if your seams are not spot on it can effect the rest of your project. This seam ripper is sharp and and able to easily take out the threads without damaging material. They are a great price and work really well. I will never get a different brand again. They also make great gifts for your sewing buddies.

Excellent seam rippers.
They are sharp, very comfortable to handle, and cut through seams effortlessly.I am returning this set because I found a better price (I am using an identical seam ripper I bought elsewhere), but I still want to recommend them and thank Clover for making these seam rippers.

THE Best seam ripper there is!!
I have used a wide array of seam rippers learning to sew. This seam ripper is THE best I have found!! It sits in my hand well. It rips the seams well. It cuts fabric very well (so be very careful! (I had to cut a zipper out). I am so pleased with this seam ripper that i will not use any of my others. You will be very pleased with this purchase!!

Good Tool For Your Sewing Box
No matter how good a sewing you are, you will need to remove stitches once in a while. The Clover Seam Ripper has a rounded handle that fits comfortably in your hand and the sharp point makes removing stitches a breeze. A nice upgrade from the lesser expensive rippers I have used in the past. Worth every penny.

Clover is a reliable brand
Clover seam rippers have been reliable over time. Sharp metal to rip seams, interesting handle design to easily hold the tool for removing seams or clip a stitch or two without catching the fabric or unintended threads.

Needs a cover
Yes, it does work better for my older hands and eyes than the traditional and more economical seam rippers. So there is a good blade in there. It cuts very well, and the slim long tip does get under stitches more easily. And that is a little scary... I trust Clover products, but wish they had charged an extra 25 cents or so and added a hard cover for the tip. The little soft vinyl "protective" sleeve is not easy to put on. And really won't keep you from getting stabbed if you grab it the wrong way. So you have to grab the ripper with care.I marked this down on ease of use and ergonomics, but the 4 rating on the ergonomics didn't hold.

Great seam ripper
I have used Clover seam ripper before (with brown flat handle). The ripper is great but handle isn't for longer use. I much prefer this handle. And at this price, it's great.

These are very good seam rippers
I dulled my first clover ripper cutting button holes (running into the pin at the end). I have uses a blade to cut my bottoms from them on. I was sad when my clover ripper was dulled. They are very sharp and fit into my hand comfortably. This is my favourite seam ripper. The clover will cost a little extra but you get a quality product.
