The cigar is supposed to come apart as the dog chews it. Great for puppies who are teething. It gives the puppy something to unravel over time instead of eating your home.

I’ve been using these for years and my dog loves his “stick” have one in the house and one in the truck. They do unravel over time but he just loves it! The one in the pic is his oldest one about to get rotated out soon.

This looks cute sticking out of my dog's mouth because she always brings us something when we come home! But it's super cheap and started to fall apart right away. This photo was five days after we got it and it's already shredded on both ends.

I bought this item for my lab, who loves playing fetch and tug - I thought the woven material would be easier on his teeth. He is a chewer, however, and it wasn't 5 minutes of playing before he had the core ripped out. As it turned out, the end of the stogie is sewn shut with some fairly weak thread. It's not unusual for my dog to destroy his toys, but I decided to contact the company (Loopies) anyway. I did receive a response within a few days of my email, however the company indicated the stogie is a fetch toy and I shouldn't have allowed my dog to have it when we weren't playing fetch - I responded to thier email, but received no further contact from them. I feel they were extremely indifferent and that thier customer service is very poor. I will not be purchasing any more Loopies brand product.

I ordered this rope fetch stick for my Shiba Inu. She loves the toy but chewed the end in a few seconds. I can still use it to throwbut have to take away right after play. I didn't think the material would be that easy to chew so quickly. If you get it just remember to take away and put up so she cannot get it out until next play.

Purposely bought this type of toy because I was hoping it would last awhile. Most other “rope” toys have. Got it today and opened the package. My 12 pound shorkie loved it… but within 30 minutes she unraveled and destroyed the toy. The “rope” is not tightly woven and is easily chewed through. This definitely wasn’t worth the price.

Got here quickly. Dog loved it. Unraveled over time but dog enjoyed it the whole time.
