Good one to do work out especially for burning out fat from the stomach...I know you all will think how a small device can burn out fat.. You all are right... But after doing other exercises you should also do a good workout from this one also. This is quite beneficial for you all. Product quality is great

Really once you are well to do the perfect stretching you will find it easy and the product does all the effective work for what it has been design and also can follow up some videos for more workout tips for your body as you will enjoy the workout. recommended.

First about the product, it's a good product having good balance and not skid. One thing I would recommend to buyer is that abs roller exercises is not easy one, you have to train hard and chances of getting injury is higher. Proper way of doing the rolling is important and trust me it is hard as hell, you must have strong core.

Frankly speaking.. I have been a lazy bugger from last few days and not using the product, however I can say that when I used the product it gave the result as was expected of it.. which is it did its job honestly and it was to the mark. I is a product worth its every penny.

The bearings in the wheels are bad, except one wheel. Plastic quality is not good

This is really no joke... When i took this out of the box i felt its quality, it is really heavy duty roller.. very stable compared to those single wheel Ab rollers.See the instructions, which are given on the box..to add some support, u can use this with resistance bands also..
