Amazon recommended ordering size large. I went up a size and ordered extra large. This coat wouldn't fit a small child. Do not buy unless you have very small shoulders. And now I have to pay for the postage to return it to China. Feel thoroughly shafted.

I ordered this coat for outdoor walking. I get very cold so wanted something long and thick to keep me warm. I am 5'6 and 140lb. I usually wear size 10. I ordered size XL from reading reviews. It came in time specified however they sent me the wrong size XXL instead. When I tried it on it fit okay with a little room to wear a thick jumper or fleece. I think XL would have fitted better but I don't think I would have fit a jumper comfortably underneath. For the price it is very good quality and is very padded/warm. It also washes up well. At a closer look the stitching is not amazing but I have had some good comments on the coat. I am going to order the XL in a different colour as I really like this coat.

It's nice but not as nice as advertised, overall I'm happy with purchase of the black one. The red one is way too small, how can two coats ordered from the same company be so different in size????? Don't trust anything from Asia!!Quick update, I've worn the jacket about 4 times and it's started splitting down the sides..... Very poorly made.

I ordered this coat as I have another in cream, but after attending a funeral and freezing some important bits off, I realised a black one would be ideal for slightly more formal occasions where intact bits are necessary.The coat arrived very quickly, days ahead of the earliest delivery estimate. It is incredibly warm, the optional faux fur trim for the hood was a little tricky to attach (old eyes, small loops, dyspraxic fingers), but fine once I got going, and it looks great.I ordered a small because I am the size of a 12 year old child (and as mature) and it fits well, with just enough room to add big jumpers if it's properly baltic. The pockets are reasonably deep; I'm not going to lose my phone or keys easily, and the double-ended zip makes life easier. The press-stud closures on the outside go all the way up to the hood so I can bury myself into it and have just eyes peeking out, which is also useful for avoiding people you don't want to talk to.My only niggle, and it's minor, is that there is only one belt loop on my coat. This isn't a great problem as I generally don't use the belts on coats like this (they make me look like a trussed mattress), but at least I only need to cut off one loop.If you want a warm, fashionable, and reasonably smart coat for the winter, I'd recommend this one. The price is great, quality good, and delivery took no real time. It can also double up as a sleeping bag if necessity dictates.

I tried to return the coat with the label provided which did not have a proper address, I was told at the Post Office that the return was to China and would cost me £60, please can you advise me what I can do??I believe it is best that I do not purchase any further clothes as if I am not happy I have to pay to return.

The colour was fabulous. The cost looked ok but the zip would not or does not fasten. It’s upstairs in the spare room and I shall take it to the charity shop after Christmas in the Hope that they can do something with it or pass it perhaps, to an animal shelter. Waste of nigh on £40.00.No Return slip so stuck as to where to post it back to. Lesson learned though, I shall never buy from a firm I do not know.
