This set of three paper mache houses are sturdy, and an adorable way to let your creativity run wild. I have already made the smallest one as a decor in my craft room. You can paint them, decoupage them,or even add material to them. I’m saving the largest one to make a Faux gingerbread house this Christmas. I think I’ll paint it red and white, add dimensional snow and decorate it with Santa and Mrs Claus. I’m adding small led light to the roof and a battery operated light on the inside to show through the little windows! It’s an awesome set and it is highly recommended!

I teach art to the elderly and have used these cardboard houses for our Christmas village houses for the last four years. I've sprayed painted them and glued clippings from Christmas cards on them. Both techniques work very well with these houses. You'll get one large, one medium and one small house nested in each other. I guarantee you'll have fun decorating them.

I have been in the crafting industry for 14+ years!! I have used this product 2 before and have never be disappointed. This is a full set of three houses. The large house stands about 12 inches tall and the sizes of the other houses get smaller. IF YOU NEED true measurements let me know by asking a question. NOTE: yes you can purchase these in other retail stores, but they break up the set and charge you for each house. So this is better deal!! For a papier-mache box, this is pretty sturdy. The box itself shuts with a satisfying "thunk."Mine arrived with mysterious tiny ink scribbles on the roof, but as it will be painted that's of no consequence to me.Mine is not quite as perfect as the one in the photo, though it's close. If you buy one to prep and give as a gift, you may need to sand off extra paper here and there around the windows and door, and you will need to seal the joins at the odd angles created by the gables in the roof.For the price, I'm very pleased with this box.

They worked for the purpose I bought them for, but the roof don’t match up very well once it take them apart.

There were Tares and bent corners, I think I can work around the flaws but only because I’m going to decorate it,it is unfortunate that I had to pay full price

These could be gingerbread houses, Halloween houses, pretty much anything you want. Very plain and simple, you can decorate them in many different ways.

Overall adorable... the largest ones base was a bit pushed in but useable.. used to do "gingerbread" houses. Did not fall apart as feared since "cardboard/peper mache" nice packaging as they sit inside each other. could do these easy for different homidays/seasons
